This must be the worse customer service I've ever had. 45 minutes still waiting to speak to a supervisor I've been abandoned in the support chat.This idiot rep Christopher S. says that everything expires one day before the stated expiration date and refuses to help at all, unbelievable. Also called me a liar said i never traded in the deal, i had to pull out the email and send it to them.

When I want to buy the same pants but a different color. I want to know why do I have to pay a separate shipping and handling from the same store.I’m paying double for shipping and handling. This is what this customer service had told me. ?? Abul : If you want to purchase multiple quantities of an item from a third-party merchant, you'll have to create a new order for each additional quantity. Each order will have a separate shipping.

Cons artist website and piece of crap customer service. There like robots and do nothing to help you solve your issues.I purchased two boat ride tickets, it didn’t have me select a specific date but only said Monday to Thursday you could redeem it. Purchased them and then it took me to a website to view the ticket so I just followed the directions and then I had to select a date which the boat was for this week was full and we cannot use the ticket. We are coming from out of town so we only have this week to do it. No refund no canceling and customer service sucks. They told me since I clicked view ticket, which the freaking website and instructions said to do so, that it redeems on their end? There is a separate redeem button which I never clicked. Never using app again and will be writing multiple and reviews on every website until they fix the problem. Will also be spreading the word in social media and do family and friends, will reach out to my bank and attorney regarding this fraud.

Terrible support & does not back products

Purchased a product online through Groupon and package and product arrived damaged.The product was the cheapest facial cleansing brush. It’s not a surprise it broke, but it didn’t help that it was packaged and shipped in an envelope without any packing materials. I contacted the seller and stated I wanted a refund due to the product didn’t work and the packaging was terrible. They said they could ship another product at the same price. Knowing how they shipped this product and that the product was complete junk I didn’t want to order anything else. I contacted Groupon; they issued a $3.60 credit. Really? Why not refund my full payment? Very dissatisfied with the way Groupon handled this and I will not make any other purchases through Groupon.

I made a booking I couldn’t use because I contracted Covid they refused to give me my money back theytold me to get it from the hotel I booked through Groupon Groupon took my money my bank statement says the funds were paid to Groupon they are scammers you call their phone number your relayed from one automated message to another. ❗️ATTENTION ‼️ Never by a plant from groupon !!! First of all, the delivery company never knocked on my door whilst I waited at home day after day.I discovered my plant had been waiting in a box at a point relay, only to find when I arrived that it had been sent back that day. The second time it was sent, I had to call the delivery company myself to ask for it to be delivered to the post office where I could collect it... I received the plant upside down with all the soil out of the pot. My plant is now dead, and after speaking with groupon all they offer me is groupon credits and the original plant I ordered is no longer available. After making sure to use my groupon credits, I will never order from this site again.
