Brought 3 Grohe 2000 shower/bath…

Brought 3 Grohe 2000 shower/bath mixers, all had faulty part 47439 due to cost cutting.Plastic part makes left gap look horrible . Grohe does nothing to diagnose the issue. had to buy spare part on amazon. For each part is 200 pound plus. I would expect it to look good. Also poor quality handle when button would jam. (brought a spare for that also, BUT it also had the same issue...) waste of time. Will go with Bristan Mixers next time around.

Grohe kitchen sink pullout faucet…

Grohe kitchen sink pullout faucet cartridge failed, causing a leak under the sink into cabinet and through floorboards.Turned off water in kitchen three days ago, water is still off. Amazon was out of stock for the cartridge and, given the limited lifetime warranty of Grohe faucets, I called Grohe customer service. The rep said since I didn’t have receipt this would not be covered under warranty. Told me to order the part from their online store (initially told me they were out of stock, which was bad information). Asked him for promo code or discount given water damage to my kitchen. No support offered. I am retired military and Grohe says they provide a military promotion but none was given. I ordered the part the morning of a business day. It was not shipped until about 30 hours later. In the meantime Amazon received the cartridge and offered to send me the part for 25 percent less $ than Grohe, in half the delivery time. I called Grohe Customer Service to cancel my order since they had not yet shipped. After 20 minutes waiting on hold, while they tried to find my order (they said they didn’t have a part order placed by me); when they finally found my order, Grohe said they couldn’t cancel it. I asked for a refund. They said they wouldn’t process a refund. I asked for the military discount. Denied. I asked for warranty coverage, denied. When I expressed my unhappiness with the CSR, he whined, “I’ve done everything you asked me to.” Amazing, as he did nothing I asked for. In a previous residence, I had a Blanco kitchen pullout faucet and the cartridge developed a similar problem. Dealing with Blanco Customer Service was a joy...they sent me a free cartridge under their genuine warranty coverage, and their customer service was responsive, knowledgeable and superb. The exact opposite of Grohe.

We furnished 6 bathroom and kitchen with Grohe products and were very disappointed.Their technology is not reliable and has many issues (wireless controllers do not work as they should, some came faulty, they send the wrong parts, kitchen touchless faucets turned on and off with no reason, coating discolored after 2 months and although customer service is nice and try to be helpful (replacement parts were not available so they offered that I will buy in Amazon and they will credit me) delivery time for other replacement parts can take up to 3 months... Also, wait time for phone Customer service can take 45 min on a good day and over an hour on other times. As one of the most expansive companies out there I would never recommend using them.

Grohe customer service USED TO BE excellent but now seems to be non-existant. They do not respond to emails or phone calls and as for sending replacement parts,forget about it. I will not be buying their products again.

GROHE support service does not answer calls and emails! I have a problem with Grohe products.I think that they do not care about customers! They do not respect their customers! This is unbelievable! Mark Grohe lost her reputation in my eyes, and in the eyes of many people!

Wrote 4 emails to Grohe US re: a replacement hose for my kitchen faucet. Finally called and got a slightly rude lady-Natalie who asked what web site I wrote them to because they have lots of websites.I said Grohe US as I was looking at the site while I was talking to her. She said to send the pictures of the leak and faucet to her and she would get back to me immediately to tell me the part number and cost. I wrote another email that afternoon-no answer. 2 days later-no answer. Customer service really sucks. Bought a new Pfister for the sink and the bar sink. Grohe no more!!

We installed 2 Grohe faucets…

We installed 2 Grohe faucets (Sommerset) in our master bath about 9 or 10 years ago. Two years ago or so,the oil rubbed bronze finish began peeling off. Today they look terrible. I tried contacting their customer service and sent pictures but got no response. I purchased Grohe because I thought they made a quality product, but these faucets are a mess. No more Grohe products for me.

Grohe leaky faucet -beyond terrible customer service -warranty useless

I had this installed by a professional plumber in April/2017. In Jan/2019 And in the last few months,we would find puddles of water on top of the granite by the backsplash and faucet. About once every week or two. We didn't think too much about it because it was hard to see with our granite top color and just would wipe it up. I finally checked under the sink and it was totally wet. We were fortunate that a bucket under the sink caught a lot of it. still , a mess. and water everywhere It could have been leaking for a month for all we know. I did check all the hose supply lines and they are not the problem. it must be an internal leak somewhere. I filled out the warranty info online and was told to send it back (no RMA /RGA for tracing purposes??) They "tested" it - while running the water - no leaks. sent it back to me -telling me it came with no supply lines (I took them off for shipping purposes -which I explained in my note -And they never read. They assumed that was the problem -so I called them. Their customer service (after waiting on line for over a half hour ) is terrible. They didn't even read my email ,or look at my pictures I sent, or read the note I enclosed. They didn't call me to discuss. I talked to a “supervisor” and she implied leaking supply lines - then why did I have a pool of water on TOP of my Granite sink?? She had no answer. Suggested/offered sending me a replacement cartridge. There is no way I can put this back in and trust it not to leak and ruin my new hardwood flooring. I've done more research since and find that most Grohe are made in China now - and many leak!- do your research! Many floors ruined. Please do your due diligence. For over $300 I expected much more. I’ll never recommend or purchase another Grohe product.
