Bad company! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering battery for hoverboard. Placed order 15th May,paid extra for tracking, no confirmation email. Received email today as though I've been in touch saying sorry to hear I haven't received my parcel and they can only assume it's gone missing in the post, they have offered to reorder but will be another 2-6 weeks. I'm not convinced anything was sent in the first instance so I have requested a full refund, not heard anything back yet. Do not waste your time or money with this company, I will be chasing this up if I don't get my refund. Very unhappy customer.

This was my discovery , in questioning as to confirmation of my order ,and subsequently discovering that suddenly ‘ that they were not available to answer any further questions ‘
And furthermore, I was informed that I cannot cancel my order , and would have to wait for 100 days , for any such return
Furthermore , in attempting to strive to further communication and asking for clarification, no sooner as I queried that , , as if ‘ by magic ‘ , the site suddenly told me that only available between the hours of 9.00 am to 17.00 , Monday to Friday. .
In simple terms . . Obviously not a credible Company

This website is not set up in a way that makes me feel comfortable. I did not get an order confirmation as many others have stated.And their customer service page is just blank. I ordered the wrong product and want to cancel it and there is no way to contact anyone. I would love to be able to update this review with a different story.

Utterly disgusting so bad I could say covid comes in 2nd place to this apparent company,2 months laterno birthday gift that I ordered,their response im sorry it may have been lost,then oh it looks like it's been delivered yeah in opposite end of country,next how about 10% refund and reorder,no offer of full refund and not waiting 8 weeks to be disappointed again avoid avoid avoid

So, I ordered a belt for a printer as it was the cheapest online price. Paid via PayPal.No email confirmation from the company, no tracking details (despite paying extra) or any contact. Got suspicious so after a few days raised a case in PayPal. Seller responded saying wait 30 days, it’s dispatched but no tracking available. I made the point that I’d paid for tracking. Anyway, a week after purchase, PayPal returned my money. Immediately after refund, I got a order confirmation email and tracking number from Grandado. The email states that the shipment will be despatched once payment received. Tracking number given states that package is awaiting collection. All very dodgy as seller previously claimed it was already on its way and a big risk to use this company. In the end I decided not to go with the order.

cancelled order and offered voucher in return. After accepting the voucher I cant seem to find a place where to redeem it on the site and no further commication is being awnsered.Feels like I was scammed out some money for a code that cant be used. Do not trust
