I recently re decorated my daughter's room. The wallpaper was beautiful and excellent quality.It arrived quickly and was well packed.
There were clear instructions. Where I usually apply the wallpaper glue directly to the wallpaper, the instructions recommended putting it onto the wall, which made life a lot easier and less messy.

Excellent product, great service - the reviews on their website are more realistic and helpful than on here and I am pleased I trusted them over Trustpilot on this occasion.We ordered a large quantity of the cobalt blue flock wallpaper and it looks amazing up on the walls. Top tip from the websitre reviews to use a permanent marker on the white edges prior to fitting, which worked well. Decorator said it was a good product. We are very pleased with the result. I am not usually one to write reviews, but the negativity on here nearly put me off buying and I felt compelled to give some feedback on our experience.

Worst paint I have ever used. Really patchy finish after 4 coats. Only chose this because of the colour,Adeline. Annoying thing is, I read all the bad reviews before but as I had my heart set on the colour, I thought it couldn’t be that bad. I was wrong.

Used G & B eggshell to paint 4 chairs. Sadly I bought this paint as we fell for the colour ...which was the best thing about it. I bought "Terraza - dark blue" to cover an already dark blue paint ... original finish was getting tatty. If a couple of coats finds it so difficult to cover an existing similar colour ... how many coats must people need. Wheras most modern paints look better once they've dried ... this looked worse. Such poor disappointing thin paint to work with ... it's such hard work. Why oh why don't Dulux keep up with colour trends ... the actual quality of this paint and coverage is nothing like the same in comparison.

This is basically a two part review. Sort of.
1. Undercoat / Primer
If it wouldn't be for the good quality of the colour matched primer - it would be 1*.Quality is top. In fact, so nicely applied and great that I was tempted to just keep the primer on as it looked 'good enough'.
Now the actual paint. I spent 100s on that paint and whilst I know that Matt Emulsion is not hardwearing - it should be suitable for normal day use ... like ... have it on the walls.
I have scuff marks pretty much immediately. A big scuff mark was caused by a CUSHION ! That was after weeks of curing so it wasn't fresh ...
Another massive spot I have where someone merely touched the wall.
This paint really is only suitable for some museum with 'don't touch' signs.
And the delivery. I literally receive 4 our of 6 tins with broken seal and paint all over the boxes and later my garage floor.
Whilst I got a refund for one - I was told 'they were packed properly' - which according to pictures wasn't the case.
Delivery times were horrendous ... took weeks to arrive - so did replies from customer service.
As always the company - like so many - blame Covid for poor customer service.
After over a year of Covid, the only thing you can blame for poor customer service is poor preparation and management.
Never again.

Super disappointed with this paint. It looked great on the website and the 1st order arrived within 7-10 days.Coverage wasn't great but assumed this was due to existing surfaces. However, I had to order extra paint. The 1st tin arrived and was partially full and a lighter colour (purple instead of the infinity blue), so assumed there was a problem with the mixing during production. Couldn't call customer services, had to email. Took multiple attempts and over 2 weeks to get a replacement pot of paint. Replacement tin eventually arrived but with a slightly different tone - wasn't obvious until the paint dried. I now need to remain the entire area in order to have a consistent colour finish, which sadly will be in a different suppliers paint. A real disappointment.

Great designs with poor quality and disastrous service

I have really liked the look of the wallpapers of Graham and Brown and order three different types.
Withall the wallpapers I had a lot of trouble with the paper shrinking after installation and thus visible gaps between the stripes - and this even though we have sized the walls and the paper was installed by professionals.
The worst then happened with the origin ground wallpaper - it had a very obvious change in colour and shade within one roll - so we had a very poor overall wall apperance. At first the customer service reacted fast and friendly and offered replacement. After that it took almost a month for the replacement to be sent - in the meantime we could not finish the room. The replacement paper was stopped at the customs and later the package was lost by UPS. After that the customer service stopped reacting, did not sent other replacement, nor did they reimburse the amount. I have wrote about 10 E-Mails and no reply at all whatsoever. After now 3,5 months I am passing the case to my lawyer.
Do not recommend buying at graham and brown despite the great designs and attractive prices - the quality doesn't hold up to it!
