Bought a few items from them and after it shipped, I get an email from their local shipping company telling me to pay tax and duties.I paid just because I wanted my item and not lose money when I request for refund (exchange rate).
When the item arrived, guess what? My shoes were shipped within a polymailer and the box? Completely damaged. What's the point of them shipping it across the world in a polymailer?

I recently purchased a pair of vans and the trainers turned up without laces. I contacted customer service and spoke with a lady named Betty and explained what had happened,she asked me to send a photo of what I received. Once the photo was received she sent out the replacement shoelaces on special delivery. Overall excellent customer service.

Had to return something and they refunded me in less than a week which is way quicker than 90% of well known online shops I’ve shopped at.No free returns is a shame but overall a very trustworthy store from my experience.

Even though I had to return an item, I had a fantastic experience. Quick responses,and a refund cleared the day after I returned the item.

Don’t get ripped off. They will be charging you duty fees on top of your order. After you pay,you will have to pay again to get your order. They tell you it will be destroyed at customs if you don’t pay. From there you have to dispute it. Goodhood will site small print telling you that your responsible. In the end you can’t get your money back. You end up with nothing. This company is terrible. Non existent customer service. Don’t take my word for it. Try emailing them before your order

I am only writing a review as I had never ordered from here before and was a little put off by previousreviews.I ordered a pair of trainers I had wanted for ages and goodhood was the only place I could find them in stock.was a bit wary after reading reviews but took a chance.I was kept up to date by email and they arrived very quickly!plus were in the sale by the time I ordered.no problems what so ever,will definitely order again! Don’t be put off by bad reviews

My coat arrived without the belt. Granted, it was sent to an address I couldn't go to for months dueto COVID restrictions so it was outside of the 14 day returns period BUT regardless the item should have arrived intact. I was not worried about having someone open the package to check it was intact as it is the minimum you expect from a store like this.. but I learned my lesson the hard way. Will have all my packages checked from now on.
The annoying thing is that they completely refused to help me. Like, did not even try.. just kept brushing me off. Annoying as I really like the store. Do not recommend.
