I had recently ordered a bundle of the ash gummies. I ordered a lot and had never tried them,but was convinced I would love them. I didn't love them. Don't get me wrong, they do what they promise! I slept better, but I am hyper sensitive to almost everything and just felt groggy the next day. I felt more relaxed, but being already pretty relaxed naturally, I felt it was just too strong for me. I reached out the customer service email and explained my situation. They responded almost immediately and are replacing the order of Ash gummies with the acv gummies (which I LOVE). I am honestly amazed at the quick response and the solution to replace the product. This makes me even more comfortable buying Goli products because of the customer service and how they make it risk free. I do recommend the ash gummies still to anyone that really needs to take their stress down a notch. It is a great product, I think it just was too much for me.

I had accidentally ordered too many bottles of their new super fruits and Jelcris took care of me very quickly.He refunded my extra bottles promptly and told me to keep the bottles for being a good customer. What an offer. Makes me feel great considering this was my 3 or 4 order from them. I’m always excited to support a company that treats its customers so well.

I wrote to them and they got back with me RIGHT AWAY with my refund already processed!!And THEN, told me there is a chance I might still get them anyway and if I do to please enjoy them or share with someone.
