Scanned my invoices with the app. All entries disappeared in my app after a while.I send them all invoices but never received a refund. The Biggest scam company. Needs to get sued.

Global Blue scams us every time with exchange rates. They never reimburse the amount indicated.They take big commissions on exchange rates. They are thieves. Customer service is non-existent. Company to avoid.
I decide to move with ZappTax. Much Better.
I just received the answer from Global Blue to explain why they take 9% additional for the refund (on top of the margin they already took):
"Hi,
Kindly allow me to explain to you how the refund amount is calculated.
In case of refund to a Visa, Mastercard or Diners credit card, payment is automatically issued in the Billing Currency* of your credit card.
*A Billing Currency is a currency of transactions between the credit card system (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and your bank and it might differ from the currency of your credit card.
In the case of AMEX and UnionPay, the payment will be issued in USD only.
In case the billing currency of your credit card differs from the original purchase currency, a currency conversion takes place.
In such situation, an amount up to 3% of the tax refund plus up to EUR 1.20 per form will be deducted from the tax refund due to the scheme fee applied on Visa or Mastercard transactions.
Additionally, a currency conversion fee of 3% to 5% of the refund amount in the original currency will be deducted in case your currency differs from the currency of the purchase..." SCAMMERS

I bought a watch for $75.000 and my tax refund suppose to be $14.000
They told me to drop it in theglobal blur box and wait couple of weeks to get my $ .
I took picture of everything - stamp as well.
It’s been 6 weeks and they’re still telling me they haven’t received my documents and it’s nothing they can do.
Worse experience ever
I bought it July 2020 and it’s October now

OMG, totally crazy. Didn't expect a ripoff like that. I mean, it works. But they charge fee about 40% from the refunded amount.Try to find a better way how to get the tax refund without Global Blue intermediary scam.

Tax Refund lost with the pretext of Covid19

I made a purchase of Iphone in Prague in March, due to Coronavirus lockdown I had to leave the country.The moment I arrived the Vaclav Havel Airport they were closing the Tax Refund office however they forwarded me custom officer and I waited him for half an hour and I stamped my document. I left it in Tax-Free documents collect-box. Since 6 months I am trying to reach Global Blue, and their only response is they still dont have my document and didn't forward me to any valid solution. Now I have lost my tax refund because it has been 6 month. How can we trust tax free shopping anymore! It just make me feel like i am frauded.
