Bought a redmi 4 phone, came smashed, awful after sale service

Reviewed on 2017-01-24T10:11:30

I bought this phone and it arrived in a box so smashed I thought it went under a car or something. I posted a picture to them within minutes of opening the box,and they first ***refused*** to get it back without me filing a complain with the shipping company (which should really be their responsability), then once I filed it, it ***took them days to come back to me***, and eventually they accepted to have the item posted back, but ***I haven't yet heard back about a refund***. I keep sending emails and I don't get any reply. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, unless you have a good lawyer and/or lots of patience and/or money to throw away. EDIT: SCAM SITE!!!! THEY STOPPED EVEN REPLYING, I am asking for support to my credit card company and hopefully I will get a refund.

No issues whatsoever

Reviewed on 2016-12-14T16:57:56

I dont usually write reviews, but there is very little info about these "grey market resellers" or whatever they are called. I oredered a phone(Xiaomi Redmi 3 pro) on Saturday from their " EU warehouse". They shipped it on Monday from Italy ( next working day) and I received it on Tuesday in UK - 2 working days after I oredered it. It's hard to beat that. Phone exactly as described. No issues yet. Obviously, any warranty or returns might be dicey, but I haven't had to deal with that, but for the price you are paying - can't expect that much customer service. On a small side note. I didnt really expect much from the phone ( Apple guy here) , but it is kinda amazing how much phone can you get for so little money, nowadays. Kudos to Xiaomi and kudos to gizchina ( need better name btw) Anyway, this is my 2 cents. I hope that helps somebody. Smooth sailing for me with their EU warehouse phones.

It is hard to imagine ‘worse’

Reviewed on 2016-11-25T12:25:52

This company has a very little knowledge about their products - they do not even know that they are cheating the customers,to begin with. Even when you convince them wrong, they still just do nothing to help you – you will not believe some of the Gizchina employee comments, I have in my inbox… I bought a cellphone in their net-shop, received it and realized that the phone only supports about 15 languages – the Gizchina homepage says that the phone supports around 80 languages… I wonder if some customers will find this a little annoying?! Their homepage directly contradicts with the true and when I contacted their customer service, they said “this is a bug and we have to wait until a software update is available”... The customers are missing 65 languages - I come from a part of the world where this kind of behavior will close a company, fast…
