I did a Google search for a certain type of pajama set. I finally decided on a Blis 2 piece camouflaged pajama set.I paid for the outfit, and it arrived about three weeks later. The size was not true to fit so I began an exhaustive experience of trying to get my item refunded.
The label on the package says it was fulfilled by Gilt Outlet so that is where I have been trying to get my refund. I have corresponded via email over the past two weeks with various people, and they all say the same thing = they can't locate my account with any of the emails I gave them. I sent them photos of the outside of the package, packing slip, and product label. On the bottom of the packing slip it says, "Thank you for shopping with Gilt Outlet."
I am so damn mad that I could spit bullets because I am getting the run around. Now, I am out $30 because I cannot get these i-d-i-o-t-s to help me. The real kicker is that a return will cause you an additional $9.99 for returning shipping. If I WAS able to do that I would still be out money.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

I have never seen an online retailer pick your pocket TWICE on shipping. Not only did they charge me $9.95 for shipping me the item i ordered,but but they deducted that cost from my refund when i returned the item. Then to add insult to injury, these bozos had the audacity to charge me $9.95 to ship the item back to them. So basically I am out $20 for simply viewing an item that SUCKED.
99.99% of retailers absorb one of the shipping costs if you choose to return an item. I guess these jack@sses think they are above that...

Every single time I order something from them, it’s never a pleasant experience. From shipping taking entirely WAY too long,or receiving a refund that takes entirely WAY too long. My most experience didn’t fall short of an atrocity. I ordered a large mirror and towel with just the towels being shipped. For days I kept clicking on the tracking which wasn’t a valid tracking number. I emailed to request an update and they kept saying they would “get back 3-5 days from now.” Meanwhile it’s been TWO WEEKS SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER. Now today, I get an email stating they had to cancel my order because none left. The absolute worst place to shop. Their prices aren’t even that competitive. They list really high to make the discount seem more appealing. Also the reality is, most of the stuff they sell is very low quality, especially their sheets.

Shipping takes forever. Compare prices with other websites as it might be less expensive or pay a little more to receive your item on time.
Purchased a pair of earrings.It’s been 15 days and Fed-Ex Tracking states IN TRANSIT
Arrived at FedEx location

The package has been there for five days and no movement. Called Fed-Ex and supposedly it was shipping that night.
Calling GILT for a refund as the package is probably lost. No shipping movement.

I ordered a pair of earbuds on March 13th it is now April 20th and I still haven't recieved them.When I contacted gilt I was told that there had been no update on the delivery since April 2and and that they were considering the package lost. When I asked if they could send me a replacement since I've waited so long and already paid for them I was told they couldn't because they dont have them in stock. First of all what kind of online store dont have things in stock i understand that thing do get sold out at times but they couldn't even ship me a pair of the same price they were out of all of them. Second the shipment was coming from Southhaven ,MS I live in Tennessee and it's been over a month I could have driven and picked them up in that time. Then I was told they will refund me but it will take 3 to 5 days and I'm just like whatever. How are you even a business when you cant keep up with shipments, this is absolutely the worst customer service ever, I will never order from this site again I honestly believe this is scam site. I would not recommend anyone order from this site by any means. It disturbs me that I had to even put one star just to write this review. Because if it was up to me they would have gotten a zero, they have no regards to their customers or the money they spend. They should be shut down and their website taken down. I advise all do not order from this site at all because it absolutely and I mean absolutely horrible.

I got the wrong colour bracelet that I ordered and it was packaged in the most horrible way,just shoved into a brown envelope, no tags on the jewellery or anything. I then emailed them and after several weeks I still haven’t heard anything back from them! Awful customer service.
