Hi why in the hell you don't sale any parts online , i need the touch screen glass for gigaset gs 110 ,myself i have a cellphone repair shop , and i can tell you guys from gigaset ,if a company sale smart phones , but doesn't sell a simple LCD or touch screen , that will be the end soon for the gigaset smartphone . Siemens Gigaset telephones are a real disappointment.
When you set them up, they offer the promise of the perfect landline,with great features and easy usability.
After a year, when one by one each handset refuses to hold a charge, they cut you off mid-conversation which can be a real problem if it's a business or financial call. Replacing the rechargeable cells might last 6 months if you're lucky. We were stupid enough to buy another four-pack, as the Panasonic was just clunky in comparison, to have the same thing happen on all of them.
If you're prepared to buy new every 12 months, they're great. If you're expecting a long lasting reliable product, forget it.

Had phone one year. Purchased on basis is good for the hard of hearing. Very poor sound and after less than a year the batteries need replacing.Not a cheap phone and definitely not what I had expected in terms of quality. Cheap quality and not as marketed.

I purchased 2 BT phones BT4600 & BT essential, both describe themselves as "new" up to date but been on Amazon for 3+ years,very naughty!, both phones were bad sound & I returned them
I then read the reviews for Gigaset C630A & ordered it, its fantastic, crystal clear, quite fun to set up, plenty of space for contact menu,name & spaces for home,work,mobile.(bt essential only has space for one number), it has a belt clip so if your expecting a call you can carry it about.,also alarm,appointments, & nice looking face with date,clock or fish.
The nuisance call blocker is easy to set.
BUT best of all the clear tone,I am 50% deaf and normally wear hearing aids to listen to calls, but with this phone I can hear fine(on speaker) without hearing aids, it really is spot on, a great stylish phone that works. Well done Gigaset

If I could, I would not even give 1 star, I have ordered a telephone set for my elderly parents via Gigaset's own website and paid on the spot.The promise was delivery within 2-4 days. One week later I still had no order confirmation - I had to call and I was promised immediate action, 4 Days later I received the confirmation. But there was no evidence of shipment. 2 weeks later the shipment has been sent to the UK (the billing address/but not received) even after pointing out several times to the highly ignorant customer service that the delivery address is in Austria. My vulnerable over 90 year old parents are still without the telephone they so desperately need to stay in contact with the outside world. Well done for doing nothing, Gigaset, no apology, no attempt to correct the situation - absolutely nothing. Gigaset is surely not a Company anybody should use.
