Paid a £20 surcharge for express delivery. One week in, and all I have is a tracking number statingthat a label has been created and a message from a CS representative saying it'll take at least 6-9 business days from the moment the "item is shipped". Extremely poor quality. I was given a moonlight grapes silver ring model medium size 55 as a present and after 4 months the ring broke in two parts while I was out for a walk.The grape piece got lost and all I have left is the shank. Horrendous that such an expensive ring can’t handle normal everyday use, clearly there’s a week point in the shankread more

I’m not sure what’s going on but lately it seems like georg jensen customer service doesn’t pick up their phone and I always seem to need to stay on top of them regarding my orders or they take weeks.I’ve been a big fan of GJ jewelry but they really should be improving their customer service. It’s unfortunate when they sell great items but they don’t provide the same quality level of customer care.read more

I purchased a Tourn Bangle costing £550 for my wife this Christmas, unfortunately the size was too small,consequently on Boxing Day I ordered a second bangle size extra large, this fitted perfectly when it arrived just after New Year. I contacted Maria in customer services and discussed the return of the original bangle, she assured me that there would be a return label posted and full refund (if only I’d recorded the conversation) and assured me UPS would be calling to collect the bangle in the next few days. Following a third attempt to secure the required postage label, it arrived. The item was confirmed as being received by George Jensen, but I had to wait another two weeks before seeing a refund arrive on my credit card, what is most upsetting is that the refund from George Jensen was £260 when I paid £550 in December to Gerog Jensen UK. Don’t be fooled by this title, everything gets shipped from Denmark. We Love George Jensen products and buy several every year, never again.

I ordered items on 12th and 17th December advertised as being delivered in time for Christmas.The one on 17th was not delivered till early January. The item ordered on the 12th has still not been delivered at 5th Feb despite continually emailing customer service which seems to be in Thailand (despite being advertised as UK customer service) and they were poor at responding.Emailed them on 7th Jan and response on 21st Jan saying they will investigate. Then they advised on 28th Jan that UPS were now investigating! Eventually got escalated to customer service in Denmark who resolved by resending the item and took the trouble to call and apologise which was appreciated.read more

I purchase a pair of Mercy earrings for my wife for Christmas.Given the uncertainty evolving towards the Christmas period I purchased them in November.
Although, when my wife opened them she was thrilled with the design the practicality was different, the shank is so thick that she had difficulty putting them into her piercing and they were much too uncomfortable to wear for more than 30minutes.
She tried a further twice using a lubricant, but unfortunately the same!
I emailed Georg Jensen to ask if there was anything they could do. I received a very curt response from their offices in Thailand "You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Unfortunately, it was over because you have received the order since 13 Nov 2020"
I then responded with surprise that they did not extend the returns window over the Covid and Christmas period as many other big names had, another curt response from Thailand "Our extended policy for Christmas start from 1st Dec 2020 and the customers can exchange or return their Christmas gifts until January 24th 2021"
We have many GJ items, mainly purchased via John Lewis. Never again will I purchase direct from GJ, I suggest others follow this leaD!read more
