They kick you out of the test for…

They kick you out of the test for various reasons and tell you to reschedule and start over.When I requested a refund I received this reply, " Our teams are doing everything we can to respond to you in a timely manner. We are currently responding within about 4 business days." Their support line has a terrible connection - the line crackles and you can't hear the recorded messages. When I finally got a live person, her line was so bad I couldn't understand what she was saying. I'm pretty sure she hung up on me when I asked her to repeat herself. Do not use.
