10 days ago I already made a complaint about Gearbest. I ordered a 3d Printer and I know how Gearbest is adding their delivery time.When the state that It's in their German warehouse then it's 1-2 days for working on the order and 3-5 shipping days inside Germany. After 1 week I asked what is goung on, then I gt an answer from a warehouse dealer. Always the same phrase: due to the impact of special circumstances it can take longer. Ah this means the product is not in the warehouse. I asked for a definitive delivery date.... Again the same phrase. After 14 days like this, i canceled the order. I paid whith Paypal. So normally this taked just one klick. My order is now in the status of refunding since the 24th of march. Nothing happened so far. I'm still waiting for my 321€! After my complaint Gearbest wrote to me via this platform and told me they would take care and they would have send me an email! I haven't received an email and no money. So now I'm really angry how they treat customers.

I tried to give the benefit of the doubt when I saw a couple of reviews complaining about shipping time.I figured they were just complaining about that it wasn't Amazon fast. I ordered a laser two months ago now and it hasn't even shipped. I've chatted with customer service several times each time with less and less hope. First it was suppose to be a week, then a couple more, and again to today they want me to wait another week. They give the same "this item sold faster than expected" and try to be soothing but at some point you just want what you paid for. Now I have to hope they're going to send me a refund as that's apparently a problem.

Gisteren werd mij via de website beloofd dat ik binnen 24 uur een oplossing zou krijgen. Zojuist krijg ik bericht dat ze een verzoek neerleggen bij de verkopende winkel die binnen 3 dagen een reactie geeft...die zelfde partij had eerder gezegd niks te kunnen omdat Gearbest mijn geld vasthoudt. Update (answer to the reply). Exactly, when I have ordered it the dispatch was on March.You did not dispatched it then. I spoke with your support. They told me on April. I said OK. I spoke on April. They told me on May. So, you did not fulfill your dispatch obligations according to the dipatches dates that you have defined. I have been waiting for my product for three months now. The shipment date changes further back every few days, and they don't even have it in stock, or so the customer service says that the dispatch information is for my convenience. Well, I've been looking at it for three months now, waiting. All they ask is to wait. They sell products that they do not have. BE CAREFUL...this site is a scammer.

Got a defective item- seller admitted this but said they would not send a working replacement part because of 'Brexit'.I said they were obliged to do so or refund me under the gear best policy. I raised a ticket through gear best and waited over a month for 'platform arbitration' to no avail. Unfortunately this makes the platform very untrustworthy as they clearly do not care about their buyers
