Having never heard of this site along with all the sketchy sites on the internet, I was super worried about ordering from them - especially a high ticket item.But I used my credit card with buyers protection and kissed it up to God. Pleasantly surprised. My item was the best price I could find by $50. Free shipping. It arrived in two days. Couldn't be happier!!

Had a not-so-pleasant experience with trying to exchange some boots I got for my daughter for Christmas.Originally left a review I just deleted. The CEO took the time to personally call me tonight and offered to get my daughter the right boots. He is a super nice guy and we had a very good conversation. He impressed me so much by this gesture that I deleted the review and came back to give GEAR 5 stars. I tried not to be too negative, but just wanted to exchange the boots for the right size and he has gone above and beyond making it happen. A call like that speaks volumes. I will be back to buy more for sure - and tell my friends and family. A1 service and care, and highly recommended!

I ordered a pair of Xero sandals through Gear.com and had to return them as they were too small.I emailed them and quickly got a response! I exchanged them for a larger size and sadly those didn't fit either. I did a little research and found that the men's version were wider and would fit me better, which meant another exchange. Sadly, by the time i figured it out, the size I needed in the men's version were out of stock. Shin, the person I was in contact with about my exchanges reached out to Xero shoes and found the size I needed!! I have never been so impressed with a company! I have never seen a result so fast! One, it's a great website for outdoor adventure gear. Two, their customer service is beyond amazing, so don't ever fret about something not working out! THANK YOU AGAIN!!
