JSC Gazprom Neft is a vertically integrated oil company engaged primarily in oil & gas exploration and production (E&P), the sale and distribution of crude oil, and the production and sale of petroleum products.
The company's proven hydrocarbon reserves according to SPE (PRMS) criteria stand at 1.34 billion tonnes of oil equivalent (toe), placing it among the world's 20 largest oil companies.
JSC Gazprom Neft's corporate structure comprises more than 70 enterprises (covering oil production, oil refining, and sales) in Russia, neighbouring countries, and further afield. The company refines approximately 80% of all the oil it produces, one of the best ratios of all Russian companies in this sector. Gazprom Neft is the third largest oil company in Russia in terms of refining and fourth one in oil production.
