When I speak to Freight Pros for my shipping needs I refer to myself as "shipping for dummies" because that's how little I know.They make shipping easy and simple - from scheduling a shipment, figuring out what on earth is an NMFC code is, or advise on which freight line to use. Customer service is great, always friendly and always willing to help. 10 out of 10 recommend. Thank you Freight Pros!

I'm a proud grandfather of a beautiful 2 year old girl located in Oregon . I made a toddler bed for her this past Christmas and needed a way to ship it to her from North Carolina.I located Pro Freight

We have been working with FreightPros since 2020. I have a main contact person, Kory, and two extra supports,Andy and Jazz. I enjoy working with them. I have had no issues, their bedside manner is professional and kind, they are all great listeners and go to great lengths to help and exceed my needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive if not lower than our current brokers, Global Tranz and Coyote. Our shipments vary on pallet quantity and shipment dates and they always have us covered. They have a quick response time so you aren't waiting days. I would recommend this to any company looking for good rates with good service. Their portal is easy to use but if there is a problem, they will help. Documentation and updates are sent automatically and invoicing is quick. They are great LTL providers.
