Fast and polite customer service

This rating is only based on the customer service. I ordered a book from their website,but later that same evening received that same book as a gift from a friend. Payment had already been charged and the status for my order was "Ready for dispatch". But nonetheless, I tried to write to customer service, hoping that it wasn't too late to cancel and get a refund. I got a reply the next day saying that the order had been canceled and that I would get my refund within 2 days :D I was very happy with the fast and polite reply and how everything was handled. Will definitely buy another time!

Been using Forbidden Planet for years and cannot rate their service high enough. Amazing customer service and realistic pricing of comics you'd pay ridiculous prices for on online bidding sites.I'm a particularly fussy customer when it comes to my comics but I'm always happy with any order and get and if I'm not they're always more than accommodating. Don't hesitate... buy from FP!!!!
