After a small purchase at fnac I somehow ended up funnelled into subscribed to privilegios en compras,15 euros per month, unsolicited, unwanted and now cancelled. It went unnoticed until I went through my card receipts. My trust has been betrayed. One can see how the culture of the wild west internet invades all but the most hard headed companies. And so to bed.

Fnac suck! Your service is terrible. I ordered a vinyl record on the 10th of January, which is in stock.It should have been sent on the 21st and still the package has not been shipped on the 28th. I ended up cancelling the order. You obviously don't care about your customers. Then you had the cheek to charge me €2 for the socio card on the 10th of January. Well this card is useless to me now, as I will not order again from your website.

Bought a MacBook Pro M1 and paid for express delivery, and yes a parcel arrived 2 days later than arranged (ok the Madrid snow fall may justify that ) however, when opening the parcel found a cheap used electric cooker plate !!! A 1450 euro computer is sent in a wrapping that can be better described as a large and very flimsy envelope: you can actually just fold it on the sides and see what it contains . Add to that the big letters FNAC for all to see it comes from a place that mainly sells electronic devices . It was clear the “ envelope “ had been manipulated and a transparent film had relocated the transparent fnac tape . I contacted them immediately both via their chat ( where are the days you could actually talk to a human ) and dedicated email . Chat is just a waste of time and does away with the little patience that remained within you after such an experience.The mail , you get an automatic reply and nothing more . Seeing nothing else happened over 2 days I replied to it: now got a reply saying their specialists are investigating my case and will get back to me shortly .. that was 3 days ago ... shortly, what is shortly to them ? Try to evaluate “ shortly “ when you are without a computer you need for work and 1450 Euro out of pocket . Not much to investigate on my side .. opening the parcel I took me just 3 seconds flat to realise I got ripped off ! I have no way of knowing where it went wrong but their service is just appalling! Not a mail requesting pictures of what I received, not a phone call .. so I wonder what kind of investigation they are conducting? They perhaps expect the computer on its own initiative to come knocking on my door “ shortly “ . Avoid this company as the plague !! I will just iníciate a chargeback on my card .. no doubt Fnac will contact me very shortly after ..

Racist. Sold wrong product for more expensive

Instead of selling us a Macbook Pro 2020 16 Inch, they sold as an old 2019 15 inch laptop and said they couldn't return it because it was unpackaged. Thieves,turns out the computer has worse specs (apart from the CPU - i9) than what I intended to buy (and it cost 100$ more) Also, I heard just now that the staff is being racist towards my Indian friend, who experienced a situation similar to mine. When he was returning an item, the staff were laughing about him in spanish, thinking he doesn't understand. He has had a negative experience about this two times already. Shame to have such a dim-witted staff, feeble-minded return policy and sleazeball business.

Fnac is the worst internetshop. They sending wrong items cd instead of records and records they were damage before transport.They packing is very week therefore most of the records are damage when they arrive. Hopeless to get refund unless you return the items but then you have stay home a hole day waiting for the currier to come and collect the returned items. Sometimes we are talking about 3-7€. Who can wait home a hole day for that? They make the erros but are not helpful or understanding. They service is also horrible it can takes up to 3 weeks before they come back to you. I can go on and on with examples of bad service.
