I am so glad I chose Flazio over other providers. I love the editor's simplicity and the ready-made,drag-and-drop templates that I have customized as needed. Flazio's customer service responsiveness and effectiveness via phone is impressive. I have called them several times and they have picked up the phone within minutes. Above all, they have helped me with my various challenges. Alberto has been outstanding. The site Builder is a good disguise for their customer service I have reached out to them at least adozen times or maybe less nothing from them about any questions I have asked very poor customer service is a robotic response not even a human response you can tell the difference be where I will never ever go overseas again they are from Italyread more

They wont let you out of the contract anymore!
They took 80 Euros from me for one year,without asking again, just because I pressed one time the wrong button, and they wont give you back, even after i was contacting the support several times.
Even if i payed for one year (against my will), they told me i have to wait 60 days more.. WHAT THE F***?
ITS BETRAYAL!
Never happened to me that someone just took my money, which ist ILLEGAL!read more

Overall I had good service until I decided to cancel my contract. 31 days before the renewal date,I was charged a full year ahead without being notified first. I have asked them to cancel it and to have a refund because I was not going to use the service anymore. I was told It was too late, as, by contract, you can only cancel if you send them a cancellation form, which they need to send you first, and give them at least 60 days notice. From the control panel, there is no way to set the renewal from automatic into manual, and you can't even delete your account. You must write to them. In short, they take money from you 31 days before the renewal date is due. They don't send you an email to remind you that the service is about to be renewed automatically soon. And finally, you need to remember to give them at least 60 days notice. Clearly, a system to discourage customers from cancelling services.read more
