As a charity I was looking for a product and service that was easy to use and value for money for the Fund Raising events we run.I had been very disappointed with other providers we had used. Throughout the set up process Stefan Wolkowski clearly explained the options available to us and the associated cost and was very efficient in getting us going. So far so very good.

I hope that by reading this review you will at least second guess going with this company or Clover EU.I wish I had read the negative reviews before taking out a contract in 2018.
I have had so many issues with my equipment not working, being charged above and beyond what is an acceptable fee and terrible customer service.
I have made over 20 complaints since the start of my contract. They have it absolutely water tight. So I have paid month on month, year on year for a product that is sub standard and not fit for purpose in hospitality - a simple one if you can’t select which dishes are starters, mains and desserts and have them print in that order?! What use is that? The equipment regularly failed and I’ve now on my third handset as it crashed so many times. The second time this happened they actually charged me for having an extra handset at an extra twenty- odd pounds until I noticed.
When we started the contract the VAT was at 23% (I presume the company was set up in Ireland?) that was a headache to get sorted.
I had enough and decided to buy out my contract (it ends in January 2022) to be told there are 11 payments left - my maths make it 7 months until January. They won’t budge and can’t explain why there are 11 months left although I’m up to date with my payments. They can’t pass me to an manager as one isn’t available?
Absolutely astounding that this company (both Clover and First data) are still in business and can only presume that it’s because their legal team have tied so many people into terrible contracts that they can’t seem to buy out of!
Terrible company. - I await the standard ‘we’re sorry, cousin you please contact us quoting your Merchant ID)

Fine once they sign you up, but then they hit you with a PCI compliance notice which you can't access and while you chase and chase,you get slapped with a £35/month penalty notice. We eventually got access (took 5 seconds to confirm compliance) and got a full refund - but these guys don't make it easy and we wasted hours trying to rectify it. We cannot recommend them :(
