I won in two baseball leagues in this third rate Fantasy baseball site and was never paid.There so-called contact customer service is a joke. It said contact us (Fantrax Corp) I did and after writing a detailed question about why I didn't get paid. The Contact page came back saying this is not where you contact us about issues. What??? Don't put your money on the line with this fraudulent website with 5 stars comments from there own people. lol What a Joke. They will keep taking your money if you lose, but don't you dare win. lol the 4 stars (I gave) are to help this warning get read. But really 0 *

I've been the commissioner of a Fantasy Baseball league with a very engaged group of mangers,and we use an EXTREMELY complex set of rules for player ownership. For decades using the Yahoo, etc we had so many issues with tracking players eligibility using shared spreadsheets because none of the online tools could adopt to our rules. We wasted a ton of time trying to track this and then even more time arguing about it. Fantrax has been a lifesaver. Make the fantasy league experience so much more convenient, and the issues that used to dominate the league are 100% taken care of. Add in the fact that the customer service from Fantrax is AWESOME and we are kicking ourselves for not having switched earlier.

Fantrax Lacks Stats for Three Weeks

Going on 3 weeks without NCAAF live scoring. Even if Fantrax uses a 3rd Party Stats provider that was recently hacked,Fantrax should have had a backup. Better yet, Fantrax should get their employees to pick a team and hand jam all respective stats. Other than the live score issue, Fantrax is a multi sport dynasty. Interface can be tricky at times but doesn't take too long to grasp.

Tried to join a fantasy league draft went to pay my fee and received an error message and did NOT get put into the league but the 25$ entry fee was still charged to my account.Have tried to get ahold of customer support more than once and have received no response. Not a good experience.

I’ve been trying to find a site that allows me to customize a Playoff Pool similar time one I’ve beenin for the last 7 years that was only done through email with handwritten teams and manual scoring. I sent an email looking for some help on setting this up and Brandon went above and beyond in answering all my questions and giving me a hand with the process. It looks like I’m finally going to be able to move this pool into the 21st century!!

Just wanted to say how great the Fantrax fantasy sports site is! Their app is outstanding!! second to NONE!I have played fantasy baseball since 1993 and I have played on roto news, sandbox, Yahoo, ESPN, CBS and so on, Fantrax is by far the most professionally built and run fantasy site, EVER. They have every player in the game listed, from MLB, MILB, International and so on. The site is beautiful and the help dept is the best there is, ALWAYS quick replies for all your questions! For dynasty and keeper leagues, Fantrax is the site you want to play on, they NEVER disappoint. On top of all that Fantrax keeps updating and making the site better and better each season! Please check Fantrax out you will be glad you did and I guarantee you will want to move your league to Fantrax.

Fantrax sets the bar

I have played all forms of fantasy sports for many years (started when we used box scores from newspapers),and I have to say that Fantrax is THE premier Fantasy Sports interface. I commish a boatload of leagues across several different sports, and I have moved all of them to Fantrax. All of the bells and whistles offered within Fantrax are unparalleled. Within baseball specifically, not only is the player universe unmatched by any other fantasy interface, but the fact that Fantrax gives the ability to "request new players" be added (and those requests are generally processed within 6-8 hours), that is incredible! Also, the customer service provided by Fantrax Support is just outstanding. I have, on several occasions, reached out to them with various requests and they're are extremely responsive, engaged, and courteous. For example, in one of my baseball leagues I commish, I accidentally added a new owner to the wrong team. Because the owner immediately paid his league fee, I could remove him from the incorrect team (and put him on the correct one). I contacted Fantrax Support and Tim, within hours, moved the owner to the correct team, and applied his league fee to the correct team as well. I will never play another Fantasy interface again. Thank you for everything Fantrax!
