I Am Extremely Happy With Eurail’s Service

Hello, Thank you. I received my refund. I am happy with the service I received from the customer service representatives Clara and Oscar.I requested a refund on tickets that I could not use because I had to cancel my trip to Germany. They responded to my inquiries promptly and ensured that I knew the status of my request until the tickets were refunded. They represent Eurail well. Eurail is a great company, and I greatly appreciate being granted a refund, especially since I purchased the tickets over a year ago. This is much better treatment than America’s airline industry, who only wanted to grant vouchers for future travel, and then astronomically raised the prices to fly. I look forward to using Eurail when COVID is over, and I can reschedule my trip. Thanks again!!

Double purchase

A recent purchase was made in error in both Euro and USD. After contacting Eurail and explaining the circumstances,Eurail completely understood and refunded the entire Euro purchase to include the upgrade fee. Eurail was very understanding and helpful. They were able to solve this issue in a very short amount of time. I am very grateful for their rapid response and quick action. Thank you.

Awful. Just Awful. No other word describes the experiences in dealing with them. Trust in the 1 star reviews.Save your money and use the numerous other train apps that send you tickets straight to your phone and are cheaper and easier to use.

Poor service

Had to cancel our trip to Europe because of COVID. We have forwarded unused tickets to Eurail address supplied.No response. We have sent an email to the Eurail contact address. No response. What more do we have to do? No response = poor administration = poor customer relations! We plan to travel to Europe in 2022 but will not consider Eurail if this situation does not improve. Steve

Due to covid I needed to exchange my pass. I applied 2 month prior to planned travel start.The ticket is on urgent but not being processed. Less than 3 weeks to go and I am desperate by now.

Had to cancel a family trip this summer due to pandemic. Over a month ago, I was told I qualified for an 85% refund.I figured that was better than nothing. But still haven't seen it.

I had to cancel the trip to Europe. But they have considered the situation and they made a reimbursement of the passes and reservations. Lina (excelent)who can interactuate in spanish was very polite and she worked very hard to help me to resolve the problem. I'll return to Europe 2022 and I'll choose Eurail again .
