The customer service from eJuice.com is horrendous. I ordered on May 7 2021. My order was fulfilled on May 10 2021.Their online track says it has been in my city since May 13 2021. Every day I check the tracking is get pushed out even further. The cost for shipping was about 25% of my total order charges and they say they can do nothing about my delivery until after May 27, 2021. Customer support is worthless, they respond to my email, but NOT my concerns. To bad they had a wide variety of products. Beware you may never get your order based on this experience.

2 weeks now and nothing, don’t think it will even show

Honestly I could write a book on my awful experience with this website. I spent a good amount of moneyand my order has apparently just evaporated into thin air as they claim their new carrier picked it up from their warehouse but mysteriously on my end all it says is “label created” when I went to track it. Well it’s been over two weeks now and after emailing and having to argue with them more times than I can count asking fora refund they still won’t do that and keep insisting I give it more time. Well I don’t know about you all but I’ve never had to wait this long for an ejuice order and bottom line is I’m more than fed up with their excuses. I would advise you to steer clear of ordering from them! They don’t seem to give a damn about their customers as they are still holding onto my money and it sure seems the product won’t even make it to me. What a joke. I don’t think it’s very professional either to try to fight with your customers and refuse to do anything for them besides offering 15% my NEXT order!! Lol why in gods name would I order from them again when I haven’t even gotten my first order? Maybe I’m out of line but I don’t think a refund is too much to ask at this point. So basically if you want to get nothing for the money you spend there then you might be happy otherwise order somewhere else. They are a joke as far as I’m concerned and I’m not giving up on getting my money back (I’m disputing it with my bank since my multiple requests have been turned down).

They are definitely a real company. They have fairly slow shipping and they run out of inventory fast.My order was automatically substituted from cotton candy to cola and I don’t even like cola but they ran out of all the other flavors and now I’m stuck with 2 dumb ass flavors ion even like cuz I ordered 2 cotton candys along with 4 watermelon and 4 strawberry & they replaced them with 2 of cola smh why not give me 5 strawberry and 5 watermelon if y’all ran out of cotton candy! I hate cola and y’all just throw it in there and assume I like that kind smh I will choose to order somewhere else next time that’s a promise

I don't know if it is just certain products that take longer or where it is shipping too.But my order came in 5 days. I have had no problems. I guess it just all depends. But just wanted to leave my review. HOPE this helps with customers and wanting to buy products off this website.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely poor customer service. First order: applied priority shipping, it took 5 days to ship then another two days to receive.The first order, the merchant got wrong. Shipping "Ice" Naked 100 e liquid instead of no "Ice" Naked 100 Lava Flow. This is after having to call customer service on the first order and still with customer's service attention on the delayed shipping issue, the wrong product was shipped. So, I placed another order to correct the first order on Friday. A person with a reasonable conscience would think that my second order (which I brought to their attention on Friday, which customer service supposed to get back with me with 24 hours, never did concerning the wrong item shipped on the first order, to bring to their attention that the second order oughtn't have the wrong e liquid shipped) the merchant would pay close attention to. Nope. Not a response on the message or even attention to the fact that the second order - which cost me an additional $21.99 - was placed to correct the first order (the wrong item cost me $19.99 which is useless because I do not vape menthol or koolada; costing me $41.98 yet still I am treated as if I don't exist...I have shopped here before, no issue; I've placed over $500.00 worth of orders with this merchant yet I am treated as just that, a number, a number that equal $$$). There is a counterpart of this merchant (eliquid.com), never had an issue with this merchant. Ejuices.com has a wide selection of products at very reasonable costs. But the customer service is the poorest I've seen in a long time - and I don't want to hear it's because of the coronavirus because, I also order from Eightvape (which is in Las Vegas, ejuices.com is from Las Vegas - Eightvape, I just ordered a product from them last Friday - same time I ordered from ejuices.com, and guess what? I just received eightvape's order on Monday and the order had the right items - so any excuse that it is because of the virus is plain malarkey or a lie). I will no longer shop from ejuices.com. My advice for customers, I can only hope that your order is correct upon receipt or else you will be treated poorly.

This is the worst company for customer service... Don't use them... DON'T... This was my second order,I ordered on the 6th of March and I still haven't received my order yet. They said the address was not exactly the same??? And then they don't even try to expedite it to retain customers... She just basically said it's not their fault so ohh well... Will never use them again and I hope you don't either. To many companies that actually want to retain customers... CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE...
