Agent was thorough and helpful in getting my flight cancelled and refund process started after a flight change through the airline no longer worked for my trip.I had cancelled through the airline first then called the edreams representatives to make sure my refund would come back to me. It looks as if the initial refund goes back to the edreams site and not the original customer when done through the airlines alone.read more

This company committed fraud and refuse to refund me.
I made a booking with them. Prior to booking,it said the total costs were $501. I checked my bank statement and they had charged me $618.
When confronted, they refused to let me talk to anyone and refused to refund me. I asked to cancel my booking, which they also refused.
DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.read more
