Job-roles around the world are changing rapidly due to technology and automation, which means that people will need to become re-skilled to remain employable. There has been a fall in the numbers attending evening classes and university admissions have reduced, therefore we must adopt a more flexible and accessible way to get job-trained. e-Careers launched into the market in 2011, with the mission to develop and deliver industry recognised courses that can be fitted around busy lifestyles. The global online learning market is expected to exceed $325 billion by 2025, yet only 2% of all the world's education is currently digitised. We have developed many programmes that are already being delivered through multiple routes to market. Our forms of delivery include eLearning, mobile learning, game-based learning, face-to-face training and a blend of these approaches. Our company is the strategic digital learning partner to over 50 colleges, government bodies and unions as well as supplying to many corporates. With over 575,000 people enrolled from 50 countries, we have assembled a team of talented employees to ensure that all aspects of the business are managed in-house, in preparation for the next phase of growth.
