I would give 0 stars if I could. - They have no option for you to contact them on the phone - Theytell you they have a live chat option on their phone message- they don't - They give you no delivery time- its just 8AM-6PM? Then on top of that, for fear I would miss the delivery I sat in ALL day, only to get an email to say they tired to delivery. They didn't. I rearranged it for the following day - again didn't leave the house and same again, I gave it a third shot and the SAME again! Finally contacted them on FB and they told me they cant contact the driver. After that I told them to return the parcel to the sender. They are the worst delivery services I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Should be able to give 0 stars. Absolutely shocking service backed up by even worse customer service.Not actually sure what the point of customer service is, if you contact before 6pm you are told it is out for delivery today and then when it doesn’t turn up you can’t contact them. Expect you to wait in from 8 to 6 with no other details and then just don’t turn up. No communication if your parcel is delayed. Will never order from a company that uses DX again.

Been unfortunate to have bought from sellers who use these couriers twice. Absolutely shambolic both times.Will turn up unannounced on any day except the arranged day, then when you enquire where your delivery is they will tell you it hasn't been received at their depot yet. Even though you have been sent clear instructions on when it will be delivered, and a map of the drivers current position. When it doesn't arrive that day, there is no text,email, phone call to let you know when it has been rescheduled for. In future I will ask sellers which couriers they use. If it's DX, I will buy elsewhere. They really are that bad.

Worst delivery company ever. Most of our suppliers now issues orders not to ship via DX as all either arrive late or damaged.This company costs me £100s a month in increased working costs. I would rather pay more to ship via someone reliable

Delivery of my parcel was due on 11th May - didn’t arrive and sent back to depot. It for delivery again on May 12th - didn’t arrive again and the parcel went back to the depot.Did a live chat on May 13th and advisor assured me it would arrive that day. I tracked the driver on their website and the delivery kept changing. At one point in the morning the driver was only two minutes away from my house, presumably on a drop off but I had to wait 5 hours for my parcel to eventually arrive. The delivery van was old and shabby but the driver was nice enough. Never had anything delivered by this company before and hopefully won’t in the future. Review 1 out of 10
