DonnerDeal took an order for a product they did not have in stock. ANd only after I contacted them,they informed me it was not in stock and could not ship to my country, They did not contact me and I contacted them after one month. They charge my credit card knowing full well they did not have the product and could not ship it, It is a scam running out of China.

I promised a 5 stars review, and i'm gonna do it. I ordered a guitar bundle, and the guitar came broken,in this case the neck. I attached a few pics as a proof. I reported the issue right away, and next day, Dale, in charge of Customer Service was very very kind to reply and informed me that another guitar was gonna be sent Just 5 days later the new guitar was in my hands. They never asked anything. Not even to return the broken guitar. I could give 10 stars if i had the opportunity! Astonishing Customer Service and a golden medal for Dale !

I came across Donner Music while looking for an effects pedal. The service I received was excellent right through to the final email from them thanking me for my order!Very prompt and couteous, most helpful and friendly. The item I bought was cheaper from Donner Music than from anywhere else and the post/packing was free so I'll never search Amazon or eBay for Donner's products again. My order was put in late on Friday and arrived mid-day the following Sunday - fantastic. I'm not allowed mention the Customer Services operative who helped me every step of the way, which is a great pity. The pedal is tiny and classy looking with a superb response. I'd advise everyone to give Donner Music a chance. A1 Donner Music, thank you.

I ordered a Cello that never arrived. after a month I requested a full refund. The customer service is only through facebook and they kept telling me the refund was coming,when it didnt they wrote me back and said it should be check my bank....It's been 7 weeks now, no cello and no refund. Very fraudulent company and shotty customer service (it's a machine type response each time) I now have to go to my bank to get a refund......If you like your time and money, steer clear.

Donner DEP-20 Piano - Impressive even if it cost twice as much!

I ordered the Donner DEP-20 digital keyboard in January 2021, direct from their "DonnerDeals" website.The only "trouble" I experienced was the lack of updates on their order status page. Up until the day it arrived, their status page erroneously indicated that it was confirmed but not shipped yet (it appears that they now use Shop for tracking - so this problem may be resolved). After 7 days, I contacted Donner and received a non-reassuring message that it was shipped, in very poor English. In about 2 weeks, it arrived in a well-protected box, direct from China to Vancouver, Canada. Upon arrival, I was impressed with the quality of the packaging, the keyboard, the sustain peddle, the great feel of the weighted keys, and yes, the user manual. Kudos to Donner for putting a lot of effort into delivering a quality product. I'm still impressed after 3 months. This is the perfect keyboard for beginners to intermediate players. If you're reaching into the Henle grade level 4 and up range, maybe it's time to consider a better piano? My only wish is that Donner Customer Service Team needs to improve. This review should be 4 stars, but I feel compelled to give 5 to counteract the suspicious negative reviews. I am so happy that I didn't see the Trustpilot (negative) reviews, and decided to trust two of my favorite reviewers on YouTube, namely ThePianoforever and Jeremy See. In my opinion, I think some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot are either fake or disingenuous.

Purchased a keyboard for Christmas from Amazon (sold new directly by Donner) and one of the keys did not work.Waited multiple days between each email from their customer service team, giving them order numbers and pictures and dates...to have them flat out refuse to send a replacement for a faulty circuit board. Didn't provide a link to buy one, any advice on what to do, nothing.
