Diesel's estimated revenue for 2024 is $926.47M.

What does Diesel do?

Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Despite Diesel's extraordinary growth, its philosophy is the same as when Renzo Rosso created it in 1978: he envisaged a brand that would stand for passion, individuality and self-expression while brand continues to blaze its own trail. Diesel thrives on change: every new product derives from a process of enormous creative freedom, ensuring constant innovation. The collections include: Diesel, Diesel Black Gold and Diesel Kid. Diesel is not just apparel and denim: it's a lifestyle, which has been interpreted through licenses with leading brands to develop watches and jewellery (with Fossil), eyewear (with Marcolin), fragrances (with L'Oreal), helmets (with AGV), strollers (with Bugaboo), and a complete Living Collection (with Moroso – furniture, Foscarini – lighting, Scavolini – Diesel social kitchen, Seletti – tableware and Berti – wooden flooring). Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

I am absolutely appalled with Diesel

Reviewed on 2021-05-19T16:11:20

I am absolutely appalled with Diesel. Having been a life long Diesel customer, I ordered Sleenker jeans in Dec directly from Diesel.com.They didn't arrive until January which I was fine with as I prefer to buy directly from Diesel. These were £140 jeans and having wore them only a handful of times, they ripped when I was sat down putting a boot on! I email Diesel to complain and have several back and forth emails with someone called Gabe who asked me to send answers to their list of questions and take many photos of the jeans. So, I send these then get told my case is being sent on somewhere else. I hear nothing until I chase many times and today I've had an email from someone called Elisa telling me that they have decided they don't care about my complaint and that Diesel's standards are perfect so it can't possibly have been a fault with the product. I am actually outraged! Trust pilot is littered with reviews that are almost identical to my experience here. I have spent several thousand pounds on Diesel products over the last 20 years and laughably I even bought more Diesel clothing in House of Fraser this morning. I will be taking it all back now and I will never spend one more penny on Diesel ever again. This is how you reward loyal customers. Really, really sad. How can £140 jeans last being worn less than 5 times and not survive someone sat on a rug, putting a boot on!? They are too thin and obviously detective like others have written below me! Appalling Diesel!!

Poor quality and poor customer service

Reviewed on 2021-05-05T06:20:36

I ordered the Zlandy skinny jeans in December. Having only worn them 4 times, the quality of them is really poor. The belt loops have torn away from the jeans and the material is as flimsy as wet toilet roll. Despite emails and attempted calls, all unanswered, I’m left £140 out of pocket and would have got better quality had I have just gone to Next for 1/5 of the price. 19/05/2021 - Addition to this as I'm unable to respond to Diesel's reply. I have checked all of my mailbox folders and there are no emails from diesel. So I'm still left without a resolution or a right to reply.

What exactly is the purpose of client service?

Reviewed on 2021-05-01T20:20:44

I rarely write reviews i just wanted to convey my frustration. I was an avid diesel customer for over 10 years.I have already contacted the client service. I am trying to reach out to the corporate office to address my concern because like many of the reviews i feel that nothing gets done at the client service level. So I had purchased an item through the site for pick up at the store. I received an email on stating that my item was ready for pick up. I went to the store to pick up my item and sales associate is unable to find it and after 15 mins of searching, sales rep tells me that it was never delivered and they don't carry the color code or the number associated with it and told me to cancel the order. I found that to be odd because the email i received from diesel clothing had a UPS tracking number on it. So I contacted the client service for further explanation as to why I even received the email stating that my item is ready for pick up. The client service tells me that there was "no stock availability and it's probably due to technical error". Its funny because I received a call from the client service the next day telling me that the sales associate from the store misplaced the item and they have found it. Also, tells me to contact the store directly and repurchase the item. The whole thing is just ridiculous to me. Just a thought for the client service, next time instead of making assumptions, perhaps reach out to the shipping department? This issue would have been resolved much sooner if there was some type of communication or verification process with the shipping department, and it wouldn't take much brainpower to realize that, it would be a logical first step? I feel like the client service department does absolute minimal to provide genuine customer service and address customers' concerns. From a customers standpoint I question its existence. I believe this warrants a reasonable ground for a complaint to the corporate office.

They will do everything to avoid refunding your money

Reviewed on 2021-04-24T13:25:00

I always use to buy Diesel from various resellers but this time I decided to buy directly from theironline store and had a dreadful experience... To put it briefly I ordered 5 items in total for around €450 and kept 1 item and returned 4 items either for a refund or an exchange. They sorted out 3 cheapest items correctly and then they told me that they didn’t receive €270 backpack from me. Let me put it this way – you wouldn’t wish it to your enemy to have the experience I had in order to get my money back. I had to involve DHL to confirm the weight of the packages, PayPal to open number of cases and finally my bank in order to initiate a chargeback. I wrote close to 20 emails and provided as many documents and it took me nearly 3 months to get my money back and all the way through this the company just kept putting a silly face and telling me that they will look into this and that they have forwarded my case to their “Office in Charge”. Appreciate that during COVID-19 pandemic the company is operating on reduced staff and mistakes happen but this was one of my worst online shopping experiences ever and I definitely won’t be buying from you again, thank you very much.

Non Delivery

Reviewed on 2021-04-01T08:52:08

Order was "attempted" but not successful. I have a ring door bell and an outside security camera that demonstrate otherwise that no attempt was made in the first place.Gave the benefit of the doubt as I had my refund and ordered again. No surprise the same thing happened again with a non exsistent attempted delivery. Makes me wonder do they even give the order to a delivery company its a bit too coincidental to happen a second time and Diesel just wash there hands of it. Shame because I actually want what I ordered

Diesel withholding refund

Reviewed on 2021-03-25T22:50:11

Shocking customer service - I returned goods on January 9th, was advised in February that goods were not received,I provided proof of returned goods and was then asked to be patient while my case was forwarded to their logistics dept. Surely the dispute is now between Diesel and the courier they use? I have sent 7 emails and received 2 responses and have now been waiting almost 3 months for a refund - this is not customer service, this is really disappointing!!

Order GB11592039 returned 20 days ago 2 inches longer than size ordered received no communication aboutreturn chased up 3 times and told that they have only received parcel today and that I would have to wait another 10 working days which takes it to 30 days. Really appalled at this service from a premium brand feel fobbed off by story that parcel went to a different depo as I followed return instructions. Will not buy this brand again and would advise people not to order on line.
