Great customer service

We use Dialpad companywide and through our call center functions. The platform is reliable, but what I'm most impressed with is the customer service from our Account Manager. Actionables are completed same day, responsiveness is within minutes, and everyone is super friendly.

Great Product, Support, and Call Quality - Highly Recommend

Reviewed on 2021-05-08T01:27:55

I have used several VOIP providers and I would say DialPad seems above the rest. Agreements are fair (I'm talking to you RingCentral),customer support and onboarding has been very good, technology is cutting edge, features are configurable, etc. Anyone saying their calls are dropped, it is probably due to their poor internet connection. We have had zero problems with call quality. It is very good. You also have the option of calling out through your cell phone connection while still showing Caller ID of your work number. The Voice Intelligence tech is really cool and useful. It transcribes your calls and highlights items it feels are important. I think it will get better over time. UberConference could be a real game changer in the future when it is fully integrated and rebranded. Many options and configurations (almost too many). The interface might be a little too busy and could use some help with a designer UI focus. But, all-in-all, I'm very happy to be here. I have used RingCentral, Google Voice, Call Hippo, Office@Hand, and Phone.com. This service is better that all of them.

Very wary. Look at all the positive reviews. All done on the same date. Hmmmmm

The best service.

I use Dialpad all the time. Things I really appreciate is the integration with my CRM for one-click dialing. The transcription service is cool and the app for my phone serves to keep business separate from personal. Also, I am able to both read & listen to any voice recordings. I pay the annual charge and at this pricepoint you cannot beat what is being offered. Bottom line is that I am always recommending Dialpad to all my associates as a must have vs. working off a cell phone.

SERIOUSLY? WHY ALL THE STARS?!

Reviewed on 2021-03-18T19:09:51

Where do I even begin? First, it's hard to believe all these good reviews are REAL.The business I work with uses Dialpad along with Service Titan, and we've had nothing but issues for the last eight months. Calls are frequently dropped, or a customer suddenly can't hear me when I'm right in the middle of booking their appointment. This happens DAILY. The set up for after hours call routing is confusing and hard to configure. I've had issues for over a week and customer service STILL hasn't resolved them. They continue to talk in circles and do absolutely NOTHING but pass me along to someone else who knows NOTHING and asks me the same questions I've already answered multiple times. And don't even get me started on the phone app. HORRIBLE. All in all, the WORST phone/customer service company we've used. We're switching to RingCentral next week, and I can hardly WAIT.
