Hey #DHgate, a very unsatisfied customer here. For those who are considering purchasing via DHgate.Please be careful, totally incompetent customer service, which is unable to help you if something goes wrong. My experience - once you receive a totally different product than what was ordered, all you gonna get is apology and empathy phrases. They will recommend you to dispute with the seller who will be blaming the post office for packing the wrong product and after you involve DHgate to mediate, thay will reject due to insufficient evidence. I ordered one product, and I received a totally different kind of product for half of the price of the product I ordered. Please do not hazard with your money and save yourself from disappointment, incompetence, and waste of time and money. So I wasted money, time on investigating who made a mistake, I've become an idiot in the middle until I started to understand their tactics- a customer will get frustrated and tired and will drop off eventually. Do not take just my word for it, I encourage you to check this company on review platforms.

I'm truly disgusted with myself for dealing with this company.i guess after numerous complaints& meputting reviews on here.the seller finally contacted me with a legit tracking number for my 1 pair of foamposites.i been waiting 3 months for a pair of shoes.lol.yall know i'm definitely done doing business with yall.this has been a complete nightmare.you never miss the water til the well run dry.hey people.save your money because all you will be doing is starting a nightmare or a headache.don't do it "GET MY DRIFT?"

We are no longer asking you to contact the seller since the seller is no longer on Dhgate and we have also answered your question about the one time exception. However, you can also contact our customer service to ask for a coupon as compensation.

So I've heard back from dhgate customer service. And they said my item will be here by May 3rd at the latest.However when I was ordering it it said latest would be 27th March. So more than a month later really is not acceptable.
Also they told me they had contacted the seller about actually answering my messages. Still not a word from the seller.
Basically I've not received my item, not heard a word from the seller after I sent them 3 messages, and then been told it will be here by May 3rd at the latest when the seller advertised initially that the latest date would be March the 27th.
All in all not a good experience at all.
Dhgate will now give some generic reply to my review here and mention about contacting them, which I have tried with their link. However it does not work.
They constantly seem to have excuses instead of just sorting out their delivery issues which you would imagine would be something they would prioritize.

I have ordered several bags and shoes on separate occasions. I have always received my goods which I am extremely happy with.I would say it takes a while for some goods to arrive but well worth the wait and I am a very happy customer from Scotland.

Zero communication from the seller.A large amount of money has been stolen from me by DHGate $340.80
This is my worst experience ever using an online company.
I would not recommend. Aliexpress, Ebay and Amazon are more trustworthy.
Only use DH gate if you enjoy gambling with your money. There is a big risk you will lose all of your money.
