almost 100s time daily, I keep getting music stopped and this rubbish message even I never play in more than one device "Your Deezer account is currently being used on another device or page.Your account is strictly personal and cannot be used in multiple locations at the same time...etc" I'm now looking for another service

Faulty loading songs!!

Had deezer for a few years now, and has been good until recently. Wont load content!I have to go back on to app and press retry loading after every song! So annoying!! I hope they can correct this fault or I will be deleting!

Cancelled subscription, for no reason at all, money was taken out of my account long after my account had been closed.Asked them to return money taken illegally. They refused. Asked them why they took money long after my account had been closed They refused to say. Asked why I should pay them for a service that I never used. They refused to say. So many people here have the same experience.

If you have a specific song or specific album in mind then press play on almost any music streaming service (and there are many),however What I like about Deezer is that not only can I like a song but I can specifically not like a song and/or an artist and over time it is getting better at providing a stream of music that is closer to what I like, with some new tracks that match what I enjoy but have not heard before. I have never got that from Spotify, where there are still lots of random song plays and it seems untrainable. This does require an active approach (ie tell the App if you don't like a track!) The reason I am posting this review is that I want Deezer to keep going with this!

Corrupt Organisation. Stay well away!!

I'm in the same situation as P.Marshall who left a review on the 21st February, 2021. My credit cardexpired towards the end of December 2020. I had been trying unsuccessfully on numerous occasions to contact customer support as I had accidentally used an invalid email address during the set up process of my account. To this day, 7 months later they still haven't contacted me!! As you can imagine there was no way I wanted to stay with a dodgy company like this. I ASSUMED that after my credit card expired they would no longer be able to take my money. WRONG!! Every month since they have been STEALING my money. I had even deleted their app after my card expired. If I hadn't checked my bank statement I would be none the wiser to their SCAM. As they won't contact me, I will be visiting my bank to see how they can help me. If they can't I'm going to change bank to rid myself of the PARASITE that is DEEZER MUSIC ?

I used to love Deezer and use it all the time with ads like how they still advertise it. Over time,more features were premium only until one day, they made it so that I can only listen to 30 seconds of a song unless I upgrade! I made a new account and that only lasted a few weeks until it did this to me again! I no longer use Deezer because it is a scam and it is a lie! They claim it is completely free to use but that is a lie! I can't even listen to the full song without upgrading! They are so greedy for money it just shames me. I don't reccomend this to anyone because this is so unethical. Shame on you Deezer! Never Again!. I can't beleive a company could be so evil about this! DO NOT FALL INTo THIS TRAP!
