Crooks & Castles, founded in 2002 by Dennis Calvero and Robert Panlilio, introduced a lifestyle brand to streetwear reflective of the founders' personal interests and experiences. Calvero and Panlilio grew up in Los Angeles during the tumultuous 80s and 90s. The childhood friends were inspired by their surroundings and dreamt big. Calvero convinced Panlilio to invest in the idea for a brand. They started with just six graphics, the designs clicked and the brand picked up momentum. As Crooks & Castles began to grow, it became clear that people could relate to the Crooks movement –rooting for the villain, doing what was necessary to better one's self, and the indefatigable dream of building an empire.

After butchering my order and double charging me and than sending a package to try and make up fortheir screw up I tried contacting them through Instagram got the “ceo” Steven and he blocked me on Instagram never ordering from there again too bad cause it’s nice stuff but the worst management and customer relations I’ve ever dealt with should almost goto the BBB

I ordered an item and got an email saying it was delivered and I checked within minutes of receiving the notification and there was nothing in my mailbox,at my door and there was no delivery slip. I’m so confused. I better get a refund or I’ll be livid. With all the bad reviews I doubt I will. I hope this business goes under, bunch of crooks for sure.

Be careful purchasing here i ordered 350.00 worth of merchandise. Unfortunately I ordered to the wormg address.They were less than helpful and would not call canada post to stop shipment. I was told if the parcel is returned to them they will reship. I am 3 provinces away from where it was ordered. Close to tears. Will never order form you again

I ordered back in October 2020 2 bundles for my kids for Christmas. Received only 2 out of 5 shirts,1of 2 the hoodies and 1 of the shirts were not what was showed or ordered
Have written several emails only to get an automated response or none at all.
Very disappointed !! This was a big special gift for my kids as I don’t have much income and had been saving up .
At least pay me back for items not shipped ?

I’d give negative stars if I could. They’re thieves. Quick to take people’s money and disappear.I ordered in November and the only thing I’ve ever received is advertisements to buy more crap I’ll never see. Can’t even cancel because they don’t respond other than computer generated apologies. Might as well just flush your money at least you’ll know where it went
