I don't post reviews on things, ever, but google just suggested 'is Creative Market a fraud'and I clicked the link thinking why on earth would anyone even ask this?! That is how I came across all of these absolutely ridiculous reviews. I purchase all of my fonts, website themes and graphics from Creative Market and I have never been disappointed. There service is so automated and streamlined that I don't believe any issue could be caused by anything other than user error, and judging by the obvious intelligence levels of those leaving the reviews - user error does not surprise me in the slightest. To those saying there shop was rejected: Creative Market sells quality product, not bad design, just because you think you're the next great designer doesn't mean you are. Adjust your attitudes and learn to design decent product, and then maybe Creative Market will accept you - hopefully not though as I'd hate to ever purchase work from such ridiculous humans.

Don't buy from them, once they have your email they will send you junk mail for evermore - despite repeated 'unsubscribe'requests. I also had my credit card details hacked just after purchasing from them and had to cancel my card. Think twice before using this company.

Bad customer service!

Me and my friends are experienced designers for years now. We wanted to apply to this platform to open a shop but first they refused us with a same e-mail and asked us to reapply later.We made some changes and applied again a few months later and we got the same respond in a very rude way. I wanted to look at the shops that they gave permission to open. I cannot judge the art but I found many shops with very primitive designs, poor presentations and poor color combinations. Their customer service is not professional and I did not like the way how they respond to designers. I will never ever apply again and purchase anything from this platform.

All but an all-and-out scam. They falsely advertise products to perform functions that they do not in fact perform,and even though their refund "policy" states they will refund in the case of products not functioning as advertised, they WILL NOT. What they will do is bring in the "content creator" and whoever else from their "support" staff to start an email chain to BULLY you into backing off. They will spend weeks bickering at middle-school level over a $10 refund, and eventually will still refuse, but offer you "store credit" instead. They will mock and deride you, outright GASLIGHT you and pretend that the black-and-white printed paragraph they are replying to just never existed. AVOID THIS SITE! Edit: The gaslighting continues here. Truly unreal. I can't imagine what sort of people work there to actually go to these lengths to push such bizarre lies.
