Excellent product! It saved our company during the pandemic by allowing my staff to remain safe by working remote.Then we discovered all the other benefits with the ability for our IT to do maintenance and troubleshoot all while being remote. Thank you Connectwise! You saved jobs and allowed us to stay in business!

ConnectWise sell you the moon and are very efficient and responsive when you are buying product fromthem they promise you everything works great and interconnects to make your process and work life simple, truth is it doesn’t, promised sage integration , and paid for it, failed, promised white label ticket portal, never delivered. account management is non existent the portals are slow and unresponsive, taking 3-5 minutes to respond to updates, which makes the engineers life painful and reduces efficiency ask any difficult questions to them and they ignore you , then you get customer support with sugar words saying how can we help !! you can help by fixing my issues, but they don’t be very aware before you buy this product and do your homework , I am trying to leave, but they holding me to term. Would not recommend them

Good base product. Zero support for customers though. Can't resolve even the most basic issue and there is no communication.Pathetic best describes their support abilities.

I have been using ScreenConnect now for many years and as a support tool it has been great.I cannot fault the software it works perfectly for our day to day support purposes. The issues are relating to the support from ConnectWise themselves which is where they really let you down. I had an issue with the remote support tool going offline on a Friday morning and needed to get some help. After spending 20+ minutes with a support person via chat (you cannot call them), they couldn't find our account but eventually decided to provide me with a support ticket number without any explanation of how to use it. Basically after more discussion I was advised to simply wait for a support rep to email me back. Eventually on Monday afternoon I get a response via email asking me about the issue, which thankfully I had already fixed myself by reinstallation of their solution. Basically if you rely on a support tool and want the confidence of knowing there will be help available when needed then avoid this product.

Not a good solution for our use case

Our particular use case (supporting many clients in different network environments,including rural location and devices connected via hotspots) is not ideal for ConnectWise. We have been unable to connect with clients on poor internet connections using ConnectWise but are able to make the connection and provide support using a different product. If ConnectWise was able to connect reliably via a poor connection it could conceivably replace the solution we are currently using.
