Purchased a pair of their walking shoes on 31 December 2020 and they simply disintegrated over a two month period.When contacted they referred me to the retail store .I got absolutely no satisfaction from the store so reconnected with Columbia Customer care with a similar result. Fair wear and tear after two months and an outlay of €120.Please be warned this is not a product or a company you will want to engage with. Judging from previous reviews I am not the first.

NO REALISTIC RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

A clothing brand with the most ridiculous return policy ever. I accidentally bought the wrong size,but I cannot return it since I removed the tags and took it out of its bag. I wore it once and noticed that it was way too large. Well, looks like I'm STUCK with it. I highly recommend buying these products from another vendor. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THEIR WEBSITE. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANYTHING. I wish that I bought this on Zappos or Amazon or something because then at least I could freaking return it. I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR STORE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A PURCHASE, MAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT PURCHASE IT DIRECTLY FROM COLUMBIA.

I did not receive the new member welcome discount from an online order. They provided me with a store credit so that I was able to re-purchase the items and get my discount applied on 7 May 21.No problems whatsoever. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I purchased other items as well and they still applied the discount to them. They went above and beyond to ensure that i was a very satisfied customer. I'd give them 10 Stars if i could.

We visited to Columbia sports wear on May 5th 2021 at MacArthur glen in Richmond ,While billing the lady on the billing counter named Pinki had a very bad attitude while dealing with us. Her behavior was not even friendly with us. She seems to be racist as per my view. I talked to her manager and found she was even talking to her manager in a rude way.

Purchased over $100 worth of items but decided to return the next day as they didn't fit,using their system generated shipping label (that is charged to the customer anyway). Upon sending it back two weeks later, I called Columbia as I still had not gotten my refund, and upon checking it seems UPS had not updated the shipping info since I sent it out. Columbia says it is my responsibility to track the package down and then refuses to refund my purchase, even though I did everything correctly. A ridiculous response from a terrible company which I will never buy anything from again.

when you return an item you have to pay and there are very few locations you can retun items in store if you dont want to pay the return fee.if i knew upfront i would have never ordered it from their site, and will never shop from there again. and their customer service is not very nice either.
