Pure garbage experience! Customerservice is literally not avaible! i withdrew my funds from my udsc account.on my coinlist wallet they are gone and they sent me a confirmation mail. the tx id they provided is unknown for etherscan and my funds never arrived! so its impossible to get them!

They stole over $3k from me. Deposited from y bank account, cleared the bank, and never put into my wallet on coinlist.Emailed for 3 weeks. Phone number is fake. Address is fake. Stay away from this garbage.

There is a big hype around crypto now, so I decided to invest. I managed to participate in a token sale on Casper.I bought tokens according to option 1. The site is made well, but I did not like the queuing system, and withdrawal and replenishment of deposits also often did not work.

I put 1 star because no other choice. Definitely my worst experience on an exchange. And people were complaining about kraken in 2017,or on binance some times... Here, it's easy, withdrawal fees are extreme, 50$ for switching crypto to fiat/stablecoin. Once you're done, some time crypto withdrawal are "disabled" (for no reason, because they don't communicate), which means your funds are locked for undetermined time. If you don't want to wait, you have to switch to an other crypto, for which you have to pay more fees. About ICO, if they wanna do a lottery, better to change this system, and randomly select people who registered. Asking people to put funds in a "box", and if you are winning the lottery, you get the token for the amount you put in the box. Instead of the actual mess, where you have to wake up during the night. A pure mess, because once the ico sell is done, they even have to "clean the sell", which means you can't withdraw your funds... We are in 2021, and they are working like in 2005 !? What the hell is this so bad exchange... Honestly, even if it's known for proposing ICO, it looks like a scam. Waiting to take back my funds (1 week it's locked), and they ll never see me again. I don't like when my bank do that with my fiat, and I don't go in crypto for exchanges doing the same bad behavior...

I really like that the platform gives opportunities to the general public to make early stage investments.However, the operation of the platform is horrendous. The response rate from the business and its customer service is absolutely shambolic. How they can run a business with such significant funds involved and be unable to do something so basic in today’s business environment is truly shocking.
