Worst experience ever !Quality of connection is so poor, WI-FI never worked properly ,customer service is terribly bad, it just doesn't exist !!! And most importantly they're never here to help you, you will spend entire day hanging on line and trying to get answer to your questions. They literally move responsibility from one person to another, promise you to forward your request to their collegues and just hung the phone. It's your problem to figure out how to reach them out .
I've unsuvbscribed from them 2 years ago, but because of their fault and unprofessional behaviour I had to pay extra fees for their mistake . Honestly , I'm so dissappointed with my experience with them , I still don't understand why they're still on market, they should be removed asap so people don't suffer from their business.
TO AVOID AT ANY COST ! DON'T GET TRAPPED WITH THEIR OFFERS, IT'S ALL FAKE !read more
