We were given 3 City Passes last year for Christmas with the intent of using them in March of 2020.Well we all know what happened in March of 2020 and we were unable to use them. We reached out to City Pass several times and were told only the purchaser of the passes could call, so she did. And got NO WHERE, all we were asking for was a 30 day extension as we are coming to FL this March 2021 (they expired Feb 2021) we didn't want our money back, just an extra 30 days to use the passes. Not only were they extremely difficult to work with, they wouldn't even consider honoring the 30 day extension. We were not able to use the passes for reasons out of our control, the places were all closed and are are just now opening up. I would never recommend this company to anyone again. They wouldn’t even honor the promotion offered in February which would have extended the passes 30 days.

Purchased 2 CityPASS tickets which had stated that we would receive 5 attraction in Atlanta that hadto be used in 9 days and when we called to make reservations we were told that nothing would be available till April after we had already flown up from Ft Lauderdale Florida and were at our hotel. We found out that the ones that needed a reservations were not available through CityPASS but were available for full price at each attraction. That only 100 CityPASS holders can enter these attractions where 1000s attend. All we were offered was a refund which stated would take up to 15 days, and no compensation for our inconvenience and ruined our vacation.

I really do like the service and it do allow me to save a lot in my tourist travels on all time being,so hopefully you can use it and have the same benefits if you do wish, I assume you do and want it badly. So everything in your hands!! Good luck!

WARNING : even when u purchase tickets it’s not guaranteed your going .. this is a bootleg company with maybe a few people in an office sitting around judging people ..yesterday I ordered tickets for sea world .. and they denied me Cause of my cash app name not matching my name (your not obligated to use ur real name for a prepaid card) so to make a Ling story short they deny my sea world tickets so I request a full refund and I have my gf try for the tickets which she used all of own information matching her name and address and they deny her for the sole purpose of my name being a ticket holder in her voucher .. unprofessional!! So what they fail to realize is they did me a favor cause I went on sea worlds website and got the tickets for 10 dollars cheaper each .. with no hassle or people reviewing a ticket . I’ve bought plane tickets and more with my cash app card and not once did I have to go through a review or wait for someone to decide if it’s ok ? .. so do yourself a favor and just purchase from the regular sites .. this site does no justice and doesn’t even have a better pricing then a regular ticket if u just check the Regular site most attractions have anniversary specials and tickets are low !! And the only reason why I gave a 2 star instead of a 1 was cause my refund came immediately.. SO THANK YOU CITY PASS YOU DEFINITELY HELPED ME SAVE MONEY BY NOT USING YOUR SERVICES

Thought it was a great idea but it's been nothing but a nightmare. God help you if you get rained out,have a family emergency, or life gets in the way and you need a refund. Too many phone calls to count. Too many emails. Almost a month later and I still don't have my refund AND they are only refunding me HALF MY MONEY. I've emailed my receipts, emailed the reason I want a refund. I've called and I have nothing but false promises.
