I watched dozens of movies at Cineplex theaters in Vancouver and they were great. I mean I'm not surewhat other people expect from a theater but I made a lot of memories here.

Streaming movies is pathetic after 6:pm MST. I will not pay for another movie with this poor service. All other streaming sites (Netflix,Tubi, etc) work great, never have issues.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This is the second movie we have rented through Cineplex and both movies constantly freeze and buffer.Very annoying when every other service we have Netflix, Prime, Disney+ do not give us issues. I know Cineplex is suffering due to the pandemic, but if they have any chance of surviving through this they need to fix this issue. Clearly it is a problem for a lot of people!

Tried buying a movie using the app to view on smart TV. The app didn't allow me to use my gift card charging my cc instead.Their support services were useless putting the onus on me to either use another device to purchase movies or, get this, use another service!!!

Cineplex services are so bad for so long now i can't properly describe my anger with them and disappointment ,every movie past at least 2 years is so choppy , non stop buffering , movies are virtually impossible to watch , from beginning to end movie it stops to buffer then play movie from 10 sec. to max 30sec, then buffers again , it is purely horrible , when Cineplex had an app for Xbox it was not like that , but ever since we have to use website to watch it , it is just unusable.! and costumer services for cineplex are so ridiculous , they want us to do whole bunch of stuff and claim each time it is something with our connection or browser , meanwhile instead of blaming costumer they just should fix their S..t.! we have fastest internet there is , our Netflix works perfectly our prime video streaming service works perfectly too , YouTube and other videos works without even a little problem but yet cineplex costumer services blame us , great cineplex just great , little advice, if you can't run your thing properly then do not run it at all.!

Can't cast or change computers?!

We rented a movie and when we try to chromecast it, it says "this movie is not available for this account",even though it was just playing on the casting computer. We tried to sign in to a different computer, so we could connect to the TV with a cable, and found our password won't work on the other computer. For no reason we can figure out. Tried updating our browser, tried a different browser, tried refreshing the page... nothing works. Garbage service.
