chubb cancellation insurance worthless

We had a chubb cancellation insurance for traveling. Advised by the airline as an extra security to get a refund in the case of not being able to fly due to covid restrictions.After having to had to change the ticket twice we are still not able to fly and want to use the cancellation insurance. Seems that it doesn't cover pandemics. Terms and conditions changed late 2019 the company says. Does it look like a deal between airline and insurar? Airline recommends this insurance for covid related cancellations and insurar says nope, we changed our policy terms in 2019 and since then do not cover pandemics...?

I purchased Travel insurance through that company via WizzAir. WizzAir move my flight and contacting anybody at Chubb is a nightmare,been trying for 2 weeks now. They operate travelinsurance (at) broadspire.eu email to contact them that is not even monitored and nobody is responding on that and no one picks up the phone calls! I will never ever purchase Travel Insurance that will be offered via Chubb! AVOID!

What an unprofessional company! I send my phone to fix a screen, it was scratched. What happened next?Well, they fixed the screen but broke my speaker. So I can't call anymore. How is it possible? No idea... When I sent it back to fix what they screwed up, they came up with an idea that I have to pay for the repair myself because there was a scratch on the screen which came up after they broke my phone. The worst part is how rude and unprofessional employees are on the phone. Short story: the worst experience I've ever had.

Our house was broken into recently, and the thieves not only stole cash and jewelry,but also did quite a lot of damage. Fortunately we had Chubb household insurance. They have been amazing. The whole claims experience was stress-free, and they paid promptly and without quibbling - even though we had forgotten to set the alarm. They may be a bit more expensive than some other insurers, but they are worth every penny.

Payed 15€ for insurance and when I broke my display they took away and promised a phone instead within 24h.After 3 days I got an old phone and after a week they send back my phone and charge me 95€!!! Without any warning...?

So, as a part of my ticket with aeromexico I purchased chubb insurance :/ As flight was cancelled,tried contacting them emails, phone calls , any type of messaging and no response :/ Very disappointed, stay away as far as possible. ARIMX0062055797
