The steep discounts I received on the audiobooks I purchased were accompanied by smooth playback,easy access, and no issues to speak of. The sales are real and limited time offers certainly appeal to the impulsive side for buyers, but at these prices you can afford to be a little impulsive.
While it would be nice to have some extra search/filter options, those offered here are consistent with the limited search functions of other big-name audiobook services.

iOS app needs work and books are high quality & well produced. Chirp has books I want to read.
Thedown side is I frequently cannot resume listening to a book because there is something wrong with the downloaded copy. At least once (maybe more--I avoid "drama queen") the server failed in downloading a new version. And then I no longer had a bookmark to the location where I had stopped reading.
