Definitely the worst courier company in russia... they are rude and charge you for services they dont provide ...my parcel took 4 days toget from krasnodar to vladimir and will take 5 days to go 5km to the issue office to collect ... go figure . I paid extra for delivery to door but cdek gave me delivery phone numbers of people who dont wirk for them and good luck trying to phone them ... they drop calls turn off phone or if you do get an answer they are rude and just lie to you information ... my parcel has taken 2 weeks to get from kradnodar to vladimir which i could have walked in that time . . If youwant a parcel not to be delivered and to be treated like dirt then use cdek... if you want your parcel to arrive then use a professional courier or walk

This is a sentences which I had prepared for AliExpress sellers concerning Russian courier company CDEK:
Dear friends.I very much ask you not to pass my orders to the Russian courier company CDEK. They work very badly. Couriers are rude and arrogant. The company CDEK conducts an aggressive policy towards customers and pursues only its own interests to the detriment of the interests of customers. Unfortunately in Russia there is no justice and I can not even go to court with a lawsuit to this company CDEK.
Unfortunately I forced use this sentences for each purchase on AliExpress.
