Bad experience in buying second hand iPhone. It was faulty in that the camera would not focus.When reported to catch the first response was to try to get me to go to the Organization that supplied them the phone. When I said I preferred a refund, they then offered to replace the iPhone. When asked again for a refund it took two further requests to get acknowledgement that a refund was possible. Hard work to get them to abide by consumer law, as I understand it, regarding faulty products. Wouldn’t use them again.read more
