This app is horrible for people who have any typing issues or phones at like to auto correct ....because if you do mess up their ‘Customers Service’ will not help. If you have sent the money to the wrong person you can send a request payment but if ‘the thief’ denies it you cannot request payment from them again. You also only have a tiny amount of space to actually write to them.
And I wouldn’t even bother emailing the Cash Support ...their emails are pretty much just cookie-cutter, patronizing and irritating. So in general Cash App does not have any seller protection, there is no way for them to refund or request the money for you ...

I will not recommend this service for anyone zelle is way better my daughter made a mistake and sent$400 to a old account that I had and cash app talking about is nothing they can do I verified my old account and my new account my social security number my name and my birthday and they talking about it's nothing they can do at all we just got to take a loss on the $400. They can't even reverse it or nothing they're saying these guys are crooks someone need to do something about this these people need to be held accountable in this app need to be shut down I'm quite sure it's some way we can do that

one of the worst app ever. Did you know that anyone can dispute a charge? I have a business and we do accept cashapp.One of customer just disputed 1700 and took money from my account right away. the have no security check in place.

So I tried to use the atm machine at chase bank and my money never came out the machine but it charged my card $255.00 ..& the only thing I got back so far is 2 dollars credit .. Mind you, the same thing happened not to long ago at a gas station & I was able to reicieve my funds within a few hours.. now I'm just waiting and
Waiting.. I know y'all can send me it anytime y'all want but just choose to keep me waiting for MY money . I just don't see what's the hold up . And I don't understand how did that happen twice in one day . I think it's some issues y'all have to fix Or i won't be putting my cash app card in another atm machine because it either the money won't come out. or it will go back in the machine waaaaay before I have a chance to grab it.. then on top of that yall want to block my phone number from calling.. how do I know that ? My son's bank acct and gmail were hacked. They started a cash app in his name. They were IMPOSSIBLE to deal with .I couldn't get anyone by phone and when I tried to chat they would say "sorry to hear that happened! go to the app and log in.. so we can help you." well we couldn't because we didn't start the acct.

This is a ripe off you pay a person for a job and they don’t do it right and lie about having a licenseI request my money it told weeks and still didn’t get my money back I have pictures of the mess this man left at my house now I have to pay someone else to do the job. There’s no one you can talk to or send the damage so they can see.very bad business anyone can Rob you with this app no way to get your money back.there’s no investigation or contact to give you any updates I need to get my customers off this app not safe.
