I had a problem with a sword that I bought half a year ago, the sword broke at the first use,even the internal rod (I have more of their swords and it had never happened to me, I am very happy with them). I contacted them, they contacted me immediately and they solved the problem sending me a new sword. Fast and effective

I have been trying for over a week to help my son fix an address error in his order.We can’t get through on the phone, through email support, through chat. Nothing. All their service methods continuously say we will get back to you. But they do not. This is completely unacceptable. They sent an order confirmation and the contact number on the confirmation is not even in service. I found another number for them and we can’t get through no matter what time you call. We sent email support requests, received ticket numbers, still no response...

Quality is excellent, usually ships fast and corrects any errors swiftly. docking one star for that time they advertised "special offers for Europe" (no more specific in the ad)and it turned out they don't count Norway as part of Europe. Raised it with customer service and all they told me was "tough luck".
