It is working fine in Portugal. We have to keep in mind that it is ”designed for creators, not for businesses”,and that's exactly what they stressed and offered. An easy way for the supporters, without the ”create an account” annoying thing. The support team is fantastic; keep up the good work, guys!

I am Canadian user of BMAC. I ask for $5 coffee donation. I just received a donation and ended up with $2.72 which is nearly 50% payout not 5% as you claim.What gives?

I've only had the BMC button on my site for a short while, and my site is also quite new.I've only received one "coffee" so far, but I have to comment on how helpful the team was in helping me sort out a little problem. I wanted the button to show up as centered on the page. In all honesty, I thought I'd probably get a "sorry, that's the way it is" reply, but the BMC team came up with a new code snippet for me that gives me exactly what I wanted. Well done, guys.

Initially it came across as something I'd like to use so abviously first instinct was to dig deep inregards to who owns the company and what we're users real experiences. My finding were of no real supprise with these types of companies with many users report issues with payouts, I decided to start an account as I assume those issues to be teething problems. Not quite finished the account set up and already inodated by emails from their sales rep! I used to work in sales and marketing so this type of harassment is nothing more than desperation and aggressive sales technique, therefor I shall not be finishing the set up and instead support more trusted companies.
