BullGuard Support Chat Needs Improving

7th May 2021 I contacted BullGuard support on chat I needed help BullGuard was conflicting and blockingimportant updates on HP Support Assistant on my Windows 10 HP Desktop PC plus BullGuard was not working properly concerning updates, optimisation, cleanup helper including vulnerabilities none of these were working as they should.
The agent I connected with said he needed to have a remote session which I agreed to, he connected to my PC and without any explanation proceeded to delete my Malwarebytes, Trustee Rapport and was then trying to disable my BT then went on programs trying to uninstall BullGuard without success the next thing was I had a black screen which said PC was in safe mode and no internet connection so the agent had lost connection.
I had no alternative but to get my Laptop and reconnect to BullGuard chat hoping that I would be connected to someone else but no I got the same person, I told him he had disabled my provider BT that’s why he had lost connection, no apology he just proceeded to give me instructions and before he had finished giving me all of the instructions told me his shift had finished and another agent would take over.
I explained to her that he had disabled my BT so I had no internet connection and was communicating with her from my Laptop she gave me instructions on how take PC out of Safe Mode I managed to get internet back working but still the problems had not been fully resolved she proceeded to tell me all other issues I had with BullGuard that I would have to contact BullGuard Support tomorrow to sort these out out.
So 5 hours later on BullGuard chat I had no resolution to the issues and would have to contact BullGuard Chat yet again.
I have been a long time customer of BullGuard and always rated them highly it was not a service I expected to receive, in other words it was abysmal.
In the past I would have rated them 5 ***** not anymore there service has really gone down in my estimation even giving them 1 * star they are certainly not worthy of.
However I would like to add about 4 or 5 weeks previous to this I had the same issue on my Laptop where BullGuard was conflicting with my HP Support assistant and on this occasion when I contacted BullGuard chat I was connected to a very helpful polite lady named Andreea-Luciana Ostache, this time my experience with her on chat was excellent she new exactly what to do and resolved the issue and everything has been running perfectly.
I would like to say a big thank you Andreea-Luciana Ostache for all her help.
So to sum up it really does depend who you connect with on BullGuard Chat to sort your issues out.read more

My annual subscription is due to run out on 9th May 2021 and yet bullguard took £49.99 on 1st April.I tried to contact them via online chat but apparently the 24/7 service is unavailable at this time time. This was an unscheduled and unexpected payment from my account and I want it refunded. It will be paid, should I choose to continue this contract on the day the old contract expires. I'm furious !
Edit- it's now 9am, apparently that's when the 24/7 online chat opens for business. I 'chatted" to someone called Claudiu who offered no explanation as to why payment was taken early, did offer an extension of the subscription free for 6 months BUT if you've lost your job due to this 'pandemic'and are budgeting to the last penny, that doesn't really help in the short-term. An explanation is what I wanted, or better still, that bullguard hadn't taken money from my account without my authorisation, 6 weeks earlier than scheduled definitely is without my authorisationread more
