I waited a couple days to make this review, to make sure of no repercussions for the manager - in case she was not authorized.Placed an order by phone. Had a gift card from Kroger that the employee at checkout could not get to process. He tried at least twice. Then Manager tried at least twice. Then she said to me "Thank you, goodbye." I said, but I haven't paid for the food yet. She said again, "Thank you, goodbye." I said, all right, I WILL be back (and I'll leave an extra big tip, each time). I don't think I have ever had such generous customer service anywhere before.

I will start off by saying I used to absolutely love going to Buffalo Wild Wings and always thought they had great service and amazing food.Until my friends and I went to eat together. They are all of legal age and were drinking. I however am under age and had no intentions of drinking anything other than sweet tea. After we had been there and all ordered food and enjoying each other’s company. The manager walks over to our table and says “I know you ladies are having a good time but I just wanted to make sure we weren’t putting anything in anyone’s tea” us all looking at each other like what is she talking about because no one had touched my glass except me. Then after accusing us of trying to put alcohol in my drink proceeds to stand maybe 30 feet away and watch our table along with 3 other employees and gossiping, pointing and staring after we had done nothing wrong. Needless to say ruined our night and made us very uncomfortable given that i had given no indication of being under the influence or trying to drink anyone’s drink. Very disappointed in how things were handled and how we were treated.

I went for the first time yesterday just to get 20 wings to go ,they say 15-20 minutes approximatelywaiting time I was waiting more than 50 minutes asking stuff 2 times where is my order ,ok you were busy but not lie just say 1 hour waiting and I could go somewhere else .anyway this was my first and last time .Terrible organization and management

DINERS BEWARE!!! I wish I could give NO stars. The bayshore store is the worst. I have never gotten a complete order.Tonight they forgot the sauces/vegetables and extra sauces that I paid for. The onion rings were inedible and I couldn’t even drown them in sauce because they forgot it along with the extra sauce I paid for. I keep giving them chances and they keep disappointing. If I could’ve given a negative star review I would have but I had to reluctantly give them one. I will never give them another chance to screw me over and steal my money for subpar food and missing products. Clearly a brain is not required to work there. BEWARE!!! Go ANYWHERE else!!!

I love this place. The one on zarzamora and military is the best. It was krazy packed yesterday and i felt for the waiters and waitresses.Even with all those customers our waitstaff was the best. I forgot the names of them. But we went around 7pm to 8pm sat on the patio and had our orders delivered on time fresh even tipped more than usual. It was another great B Dub experience!!
