I have nothing else to write but excellent, regarding my experience with Browns Fashion.Web site was easy to navigate, information (including pictures) was detailed and clear. Size guide (since it was sneakers), precise. Order placed without a hitch; processed and delivered in a few days. Fortunately, there was no need for return, though, I must admit, was scared due to all the reviews read in the meantime. And last but not least, the price of item was decent. Thanks Browns Fashion!

I had good experiences in the past but I recently ordered a ring with diamonds from them.It took a long time to get it due to their using DHL for shipping and DHL is backed up. I had to make the calls to DHL to get the package moving though I reached out to Browns for help. When my ring finally arrived, I opened it up to find the same ring with no diamonds. It was clear from the documentation that Farfetch knowingly shipped the wrong ring because the order and the shipping paperwork were different. Now they are forcing me to return it via DHL and it will take at least a month before I receive a refund. What a total waste of my time. Very annoyed.

Very disappointed ordered a shirt from Casablanca and 2 weeks later the order has still not been processed.Absolutely shocking service from a luxury store . Do not buy online as they also have a very long process to issue your refund. Highly unprofessional service. Monique is very very unhelpful and even pretends she cannot hear you and then ends the call. Ref: UWDTAL

I have ordered a BLACK GG Marmont Leather Belt sized 90 and I receive another belt,not black and on the receipt is a third belt that is not the one that I ordered and not the one that I received. I know that this is not your fault but is not mine as well. When I bought the belt the price was £330 and now is £355. The costumer service said that Browns cannot exchange only new do a new order. So you send the wrong item and I pay for it? I’m not talking about an order of £20 pounds, I’m talking about £300 pounds. Browns should be more careful as it represents part of the costumer experience. To be honest all of this was very frustrating as Browns is supposed to be a very exclusive and organized company. I will never order from them again.

Absolute joke of a company with poor customer service. Placed an order 2 weeks ago,item was in stock and i was looking forward to a quick delivery (£5). One week gone, “we dont know what’s happened”. Now two weeks have gone, I chase again, no reply or apology, just an OOS email. Now i have to wait 2 weeks for a refund

I remember Browns as one of the first high class designer stores from the 80s. How things have fallen apart.Browns are owned by Farfetch, and use the platform to sell, but refuse to acknowledge the sales relationship when orders go wrong. Advertising a limited anniversary model of sneakers then delivering a different standard model is just plain wrong (the photo edition did not match the edition delivered). And the shoe size charts are incorrect. But you will see here that Browns do not even bother replying to customer comments on this site. Its all well and good getting a nice bit of PR in the FT Weekend Magazine - but what is the point with awful customer service.

I have posted the same review on the FarFetch page but as they insist that browns is a mere ‘partner’that they have to discuss everything with and not in fact the same company (as displayed on their website) I realise I needed to post in both. I ordered an expensive Saint Laurent bag which arrived a few days later. I was horrified to hear the bag loose rattling around in the brown delivery box. Not even a piece of bubble wrap. When I opened the box there were only two FILTHY dust bags for protection. The Saint Laurent dust bag was covered in fluff, some sort of dried liquid that had bleached the material and what I think is dog hair. I was even more disappointed when I opened the dust bag and discover the bag has none of the usual protective tissue etc that you get with a new YSL bag, no care cards, wear on the closure and worst of all a hole in the piping. This was clearly a used customer return trying to be passed off as new. I sent a tweet to their customer service with photos and a bot asked me for more details...then never replied. I then phoned customer services and was asked to send photos which I did. I couldn’t believe the response, not even an apology. A short email asking IF I’d like to return. Who in their right mind would keep a £1500+ faulty bag without being offered a significant discount. They said they could return to their ‘partner’ which is browns...THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY! The whole experience shopping with them has been horrible and now I am worried after reading the terrible return reviews that this will be an issue too. A courier collects but you get no proof they have the bag? Bizarre. The customer service person suggested I get the courier to sign the invoice I have when it is collected...mid global pandemic...hope they have their own pen! DON’T DO IT! There are much better retailers out there that actually want your custom. I don’t even want a woeful generic response. They are THE WORST company I have ever had to deal with and won’t make the same mistake again.
