I ordered a Too Faced palette while back for a reasonable price. At first I doubted I’d get an authentic,good quality product but- I DID! The shopping experience is great & delivery is really fast.

Out dated eye cream gone bad

I ordered the tiniest sample ever of Elizabeth Arden eye cream from Brigettes Boutique. When I opened the tube,oil spilled out, and then cream which burned my skin. They obviously sold me an out dated, old sample that had separated and gone bad. When I contacted the store with my complaint, they opened my email twice (I had a tracker on it) and they never even replied. I requested a refund, but they did not even offer it. I even offered to ship back the tube which I shouldn't have to do. So all that being said, I will never buy from this store again and I don't advise others to do so either. The tube was $13 and change with shipping, which isn't much but I basically lost $13 because I got nothing for it.
